Request disney plugin.... - lewis.donofrio - 2009-03-06

Here is one of last reason's I have cable....http://home.disney.go.com/lite/index would totally rock if someone spent a few moment to whip up a script for this site....Nod

Hey Lewis, Looks like Disney uses a security scheme, so I won't be able to add Disney to Navi-X. Also, it doesn't just take a few minutes to make these plugins, it takes at least several hours to make a plugin for something so unless someone really loves Disney videos, it's unlikely you'll see a plugin anytime soon.

help Voinage got crypto issue..... - lewis.donofrio - 2009-03-08

Why would an encrypted site stop a great scripter like Voinage. If hulu has a decrypt.py why could a disney script do the same.

--while navx is good its not the end all of this great scripting fun that the core xbmc folks allow us to do....anyone wanna take a whack at disney.go.com?

I don't see any real content on that site...

It has lots of games, but those aren't really portable.
The videos that I see are mostly small clips, trailers, or commercials.

Maybe I'm just missing it?

I have a 3 year old so I would also love to see disney stuff available via a plugin, but I just don't see enough content to make it worth the time.

rwparris hit it right on the head. What I meant is I don't see anyone taking time for a website with such little content. Had Disney ran broadcasts on their site, that would be a different story.
