- fekker - 2009-07-17 BroChaos Wrote:the movies don't even have a fanart/background associated with them, or in the folder. where in the mip directory would this picture be stored? maybe i can try to remove it or something... are you in download or display mode ? do you have allow icon selection enabled? Do you have the setting "Use movie fanart for current background" enabled in the settings? -- if your in display mode, it might not be releasing the old background image (in memory, not actually on disc) - BroChaos - 2009-07-18 hey fekker. thanks for you help. i start up, hit load movies, filter for movies without backgrounds (since it only happens on my new movies that don't have one yet). i'm in download mode. i have the allow icon checked. if i switch to display, the same wrong background stays. if i hit refresh, it's still there. i'm running 2908. honestly it's not a big deal, so if you can't think of anything off the top of your head don't worry bout it. i usually go through and pick my own anways. - Firesign3394 - 2009-07-18 Hey, could you add a button where it says All My Movies, Movies with Problems, Missing Backgound Image, etc... Could you add a button to say "Missing Trailer" It would help a lot. - digitalhigh - 2009-07-18 Hey man, here's a good one. For TV shows, I sometimes add every episode of a particular show. In these instances, I just want it to grab everything for that particular show, and not have to scan every episode. Is there a way to implement this? Hell, maybe it already works and I don't realize it, but I still think it would be cool to have a way to skip loading every show every time you start the program, and just work on a specific show. - fekker - 2009-07-18 Firesign3394 Wrote:Hey, could you add a button where it says All My Movies, Movies with Problems, Missing Backgound Image, etc... will look into it, shouldn't be an issue to add it digitalhigh Wrote:Hey man, here's a good one. This might have been answered in this thread somewhere but to be honest reading through over 130 pages of stuff looking for one thing its easier just to repost. I have just downloaded the latest version ( after a clean install ) and I have found with some tv shows I am getting an episode number like this "s1e1:264" For some reason on certain shows I am getting the number 264 at end of every show for that season. Why is this? EDIT : just noticed it seems to be only with mkv files. - hikaricore - 2009-07-19 MrTourettes Wrote:Got a problem and did a search but found nothing.. Try renaming. :p I had issues in xbmc with something similar where resolution was specified in the filename. - MrTourettes - 2009-07-19 hikaricore Wrote:Do your filenames have x264 in them? Try renaming. :p Yes I do. Never had this problem with previous release of MIP just the latest - david81 - 2009-07-19 Hey there Fekker. Just installed the latest build with MIP update, 2902. Support for .ts files seems to have taken a step back. MIP wouldn't recognize the season/episode info until I changed the extension to .mpg. Will one of the test builds take care of this? I didn't see it mentioned anywhere yet. Thanks again for a great program! MIP Crashes on TV Shows - frizat - 2009-07-19 Hey, I am trying to use MIP for my TV shows and i keep running into an issue. Movies work fine and i have been able to catalog all everything but TV shows. MIP goes through all of my TV Show directories in the format C:\Media\TV Shows\Deadwood\Season 1\Deadwood - s01e01 - Pilot.avi no problem. It seems that when it's trying to load the shows to display in the front end i hit a snag! Here is MIP's debug log. Any help is greatly appreciated; the scraper for XBMC is not working properly for me and it's driving me crazy!! Code: See the end of this message for details on invoking MIP Debug Log - frizat - 2009-07-19 Here is the MIP debug log. It seems to be reading in the show twice. Code: TV Show Loading / Status Logging... - yage0832 - 2009-07-20 Looks like there might be a limit on the number of files/folders loaded. I've got everything organized: D:\Movies\Movie Title (YEAR) and it will only load 335 out of close to 500. |
