Ok Paul. I think I got the plot popup panel working, at least it's working here. I added it to your stock rev6 Viewtype_Showcase.xml file and tried to comment it so you can see what has changed.
There may be some stuff in there I didn't need but I added what looked logical.
You'll need to include the added graphic /showcase/showcase_infoback.png from his modded skin archive.
I may improve on this a bit, I didn't really like the font and personally I'd prefer a screen that looks more like a popup.

Yup it works a treat just got to find the correct panel for it in the other skin.
All i need now is those matching default icons and it's pretty dam complete as far as i'm concerned but i have seen another mod to replace the multiplex view floating around the forum and it looks pretty dam sexy, i have spoken to the chap about it and it looks like he is going to release it i just don't know when

Just overwrite the old file and it should now work if it's the problem i think it is, as i had a problem like it a few weeks back and this fixed it then:p

yes this solve the black screen issue. A couple of other issue:
1. In movie submenu I use multiplex view with "Layout:Art". No fanart is displayed in thumb place.
I have to request an Info page from one film. Then the all the fanarts are displayed correctly.
2. youtube pluging doesn't reproduce any video (using PMIII it works!)

Paul, sorry for the slow reply, just default backdrops(that come with aeon) at 960x540 resolution. Also, the DVD player instead of Mplayer worked, it plays better but still not smooth enough, but its alright. Thank you very much.
also anyone know anyone hear from djh?

2. your best bet for this one is get yourself a sniffer dog or private detective to track down djh and ask him if it is anything to do with his skin but i doubt it, good luck with the search for the scarlet pimpernel(djh)
3 also using using textures from rev5 means your missing out on the new look of auriga
but saying that the last and final one is out on sunday at least untill djh is found?

No problem matey if no one objects before sunday i will go back to using the really horrible default ones for you guys, god i personally hate them but we all have different tastes

I managed to get the thumb issue sorted by using the files from the [MOD] List View posted here.

If you want me to be honest then it's gong to be the start of a slippery road and before we know it will look nothing like auriga the position of it is fine by me but it's not in keeping
with the rest of the skin that volume bar was great for project mayhem3 /HD god i hate sounding negative, One kind of idea that would be in keeping would be to use a much smaller version of the normal progress bar for videos the one you see when pausing a video
and maybe bung it in the top left corner. it's difficult for me to explain what i mean i will try to knock some sort of mock up for ya. but i had thought it might look nice to have all the dialogs etc in like a light charcoal black in the same style as they are now with the blue highlite round the edges, but it would probably look crap seeing as i am artistically challenged.
but if you like it please don't let me put you off using it / makeing it.
