Hi,

All your 7zip files seems to be empty...
3' and 35Ko each : isn't it a little bit light?
Could you give us a valid link please?
I'll be pleased to test it.

- lndiana - 2009-06-03

Oups.. Sorry : my fault...
I don't use the right zip soft..Blush

- lndiana - 2009-06-03

@LoloMc² : you are my savior!
First : for your patch to enable touchscreen capabilities
Secand : to show me that skin customization are pretty simple (xml mod).

Thank you very much. Smile

#3 - Linux Or Windows

- lndiana - 2009-06-03

Your welcome! Smile

I see in your code you are french : I'm too!
But we are on an english forum, so let's do it in english! :o)

Really ?? I think it's sad... I had search the net for hours before found the unique solution : yours!
And we are not the only one with this problem...

LoloMc² Wrote:Just for my personal information, can you tell me :

I don't know what is a EEETop touchscreen.
My touch screen is a noname one, but it seems to be a eeti panel.
You can see it in this post (in french Wink : http://www.homecinema-fr.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1195&t=29914362&p=172817952#p172817952

LoloMc² Wrote:#2 - 4/3 screen or 16/9 or 16/10 screen
#3 - Linux Or Windows
4/3 on 800x600 on Windows

I've just test your code on the touchscreen (don't have one a work this afternoon Smile ) and if it work good, the back button isn't on all screen (per ex. not on the video screen with library mode or program screen).
I modify it with adding your code, and it work great.
To be perfect, I think it would be easily possible to add the "back to parent dir" button (near the back one) .
and maybe the right-clic context one, but this one seems to be more difficult if it is a contextual action.
What do you think about it?

Pleased to meet you

Thank you or the link... I did not knew that it could be so cheap (+/-150 euros with shipping, even if it is a 10'' screen)
Ok, it's a pc with touchscreen... pretty nice...
Mine is only a LCD screen (VGA plug) with touch capabilities (USB).
and I use it to pilot a HTPC.
I buy it on eBay

LoloMc² Wrote:Great to see that it works with 4/3 screen as I do not have anything to try
Thank you.
Yes, it works great, but I think the Back button looks a little bit to large.
But it's just aesthetic..

LoloMc² Wrote:Plus I have to (re-)check but I do not see the program tab :confused2:
I didn't see it before a SVN update off XBMC theses days...
I don't know why...

LoloMc² Wrote:But anyway, please post one archive with the files you modified. After testing I'll update the download links. (Do the same way I did)

Ok, I'll do it when I'll back home and have a time.

LoloMc² Wrote:No sure it is highly critical as you always have the ".." in the file list that let you go to the parent directory, even if, this is true, when you have a lot of files, you have to go to the top to get it... But, if you find it, why not ?
I aggree : it's not a necessity.
I'll look at it and tell you if I find a solution.

LoloMc² Wrote:What's the reason why you want it ?
For the one you tell : when there is a lot of file, scrooling on top with a touch screen is not easy... Smile

LoloMc² Wrote:#1 - I wanted to add a kind of "area buttons" like I did on the music OSD screen. Especially the "Next" and "Previous" button but I was not able to do it as I did not find the xbmc instruction.
Maybe a more skilled user/dev can tell us what is the instruction if it exists ?
#2 - I wanted to include, in the music OSD screen, a direct access to "increase" (top center of the screen) and "decrease" (bottom center of the screen) the volume. But I did not find the xbmc instruction. This is the reason why you have to call the "subtitle/audio" menu to change the volume.
Good idea.. It will be nice to find a wiki with all the commands...
especially the volume one... Smile

LoloMc² Wrote:#3 - And as a cosmetic change, in the music list page, I wanted to move the little music/album icon and the name of the song/singer/album a little to the top, otherwise the "back" button overlaps it. But I did not find the way to move it.
Wink
An other idea : why not trying to move the back button on the top right corner, like the cross in windows? There is always an empty space here in xbmc

LoloMc² Wrote:What's the reason why you want it ?

The context menu if the only way I found to play an entire album...Confused
