- rooster790 - 2010-08-11 cablecar1 Wrote:Which version of the plugin are you using? I am using r32268 and I still get script error!! the addon.xml states 2.1, the last modified file in the archive was 1/8/2010, it was downloaded from the googlecode site. I can share it somewhere if you want? I have however noticed that occasionaly after playing a couple of shows it will fail to launch, haven't got a log as it hasn't done it today and closing XBMC sorts it out. Linux builds - Kaaino - 2010-08-11 Hi, I have tried to use the plug in with XBMC builds from SVN ppa. However it seems that the ppa builds do not have rtmp support. Where can I find a different linux build that works? Thanks - hallergard - 2010-08-12 There is also a version 2.2 available now. With this, do you still need the get_iplayer workaround for windows. With Camelot you still need the workaround, but have not yet tested with newer releases. - Hitcher - 2010-08-12 @ exobuzz XBMC Addons use major.minor.micro for the versions. - tredman - 2010-08-12 Any brave people willing to try the latest svn xbmc for linux? Now has librtmp built in! http://forum.xbmc.org/showpost.php?p=583571&postcount=922 Just upgraded myself, will test and report back later. - tredman - 2010-08-12 tdw197 Wrote:Any brave people willing to try the latest svn xbmc for linux? yay, works! - exobuzz - 2010-08-13 Hitcher Wrote:@ exobuzz yep but they work with major.minor also it seems. I've switched to this new format now though anyway. - exobuzz - 2010-08-13 I have uploaded a new version which may solve some issues some people were having (or not). there were a couple of bugs when installing the plugin/addon for the first time - exobuzz - 2010-08-13 please note anyone using an xbmc revision newer than r32234 may have problems seeking in rtmp streams. See http://trac.xbmc.org/ticket/9870 - dave77 - 2010-08-13 exobuzz Wrote:please note anyone using an xbmc revision newer than r32234 may have problems seeking in rtmp streams. See http://trac.xbmc.org/ticket/9870 Would that explain why it takes 60+ secs to pull the lists in? - exobuzz - 2010-08-13 dave77 Wrote:Would that explain why it takes 60+ secs to pull the lists in? no. that's some other issue - garyi - 2010-08-13 Sio if I can find build r32234 and the latest iplayer I might get further than script error? - exobuzz - 2010-08-13 the script error is unrelated. however if you have the script error you might want to try the latest plugin version i uploaded earlier. - garyi - 2010-08-13 I did. It does not work. To be clear I don't get anywhere into the plugin. I select iplayer from the video addon menu and it immediately says theres a script error. I have tried on three different macs and ATV - exobuzz - 2010-08-13 post a bug report on the iplayerv2 google site ? |
