works a treat many many thanks to all involved with this like i said the mrs loves it as we in a crap freeview area so this is real handy on the old xbox in the bedroom

i would like to make a suggestion Smile

I love this plugin and can only offer gratitude and a big thanx! to all those involved Smile

but i find it frustrating the listings are only for what is on currently and to refresh you have to exit and start the plugin again Sad

I'm in no way as good at coding as you guys (a bit of bash at best!!) but i was wondering if it were possible add some sort of live rss feed for the now/next?

I will look into it myself also! not begging... just asking Smile

Funnily enough I've got access to the relevant data and was trying to think of a way of making this work myself. The problem is that I'm not sure how to go about renaming the links in the list, or whether to just get it to flush and refresh every so often. The only other thing I thought of it to change the "Now Playing" popup so that that gets the Guide data each time, but that would only work when playing a channel. I'm in the middle of moving house at the moment so a bit busy with that, but once I'm settled into my new house I will put my thinking cap back on and see what I can come up with.

this is with March t3ch builds. an earlier build (feb2010) didn't even load it this far.

Not to sure why its failing. Can you please check that your username and password are all correct and working properly on a PC or something then try again. If it still doesn't work can you enable debugging in XBMC and post the debug log please to give me a bit more detail.

Thanks for the link to the RSS feed, but TVC has a guide function in the API so I can already get the data into the plugin. The problem is I can't work out what to do with the data once I've got it. Will have to see what I can come up with. Oh and its obfuscated at the request of TVC, sorry.

Don't really understand why you're bothering though, there's nothing particularly interesting in there (except that you're transmitting the password (albeit slightly encoded) over a non-secure channel - tut tut!)
