Hi, I've added some debugging. If you could update to 0.2.2 -> http://divingmules-repo.googlecode.com/files/plugin.video.jtv.archives-0.2.2.zip . Enable debugging in the add-on settings, try to open favorites, then use http://pastebin.com and paste a full xbmc.log and post the link here.
Hopefully we can get this sorted.

After reading through this thread it's not very clear (to me anyhow) if this is working on eden or not. I tried 0.2.2 and get an error right away when launching the add-on. Is the dylib linked a ways back required with eden + 0.2.2? I tried the one from #395 as well and while I can browse I can not play anything. My main motivation for this is I've found a number of live streaming tv channels that are on JTV that don't work with LiveStreamer.. But after what I saw with the one in #395, this doesn't have anything to do with live streams? If that's the case, is there any possible way to play live JTV streams in xbmc? Below is the error I get with 0.2.2. Also, forgive my ignorance, but what is ATV2 that keeps getting mentioned?

This is for Eden(beta, nightly) only, will not work with XBMC Dharma.
ATV2 == Apple TV 2nd generation.

Does this provide some sort of integration with Twitch.tv as well? I'm enjoying some Star Wars stream these days, and would love to view them via XBMC and my large TV. Instead of my Mac in bed.

I made it work without 'Chown'. Note that the librtmp file does not reside in mobile"s path; therefore, mobile need not be made the owner.
