Please help me T_T....
Thanks,

Sorry for the late response, the librtmp version shipped with android xbmc isn't compatible, doesn't support the jtv option. Maybe check redpenguin's librtmp help thread.

Sorry, I will have to release an update for XBMC Gotham.

If you have the needed dependencies installed you can copy the file to your /xbmc/addons directory, then restart, instead of installing.

RE: [RELEASE] Justin.tv (Video) Plugin - nofal - 2013-12-15

Today any channel I am trying to view says "Live data not found". The website channels are working fine with a browser. Sad

i also made the same post in the librtmp support thread, some of the low viewer count streams on justin.tv and twitch.tv stopped working yesterday for me. huge and popular channels like yogscast still work fine. i grabbed the latest librtmp(10-22-13), and copied to /usr/local/lib/ and /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/, i tried both the 32 and 64bit versions. i see "skipping unplayable item" in the log, but i can't really determine why that's happening. any help would be appreciated.

But channels are working fine with a browser like IE or Firefox, I tested many of them.

Hi all, just registered to give more info on this...
Justin.tv was recently changed to HLS (2-3 days ago), no more rtmp at all, so the plugin doesn't work anymore. I've been trying to get the basics of the protocol but I'm still only able to play in a web browser. I don't know Python at all so making an addon for me would be miraculous... But I found a good site with info on the protocol here : http://jultech.wordpress.com/2013/12/09/twitch-mobile-stream-api-2/

Since Twitch and JTV are twins, they act the same... Hope it can help people

Thanks for the info, I'll look into it.

Ah I was wondering why I couldn't watch my favorite stream yesterday. Thanks for the info. Hope this gets fixed.

RE: [RELEASE] Justin.tv (Video) Plugin - divingmule - 2013-12-15

Here is a quick fix,

Version 0.3.9
- added initial support for hls streams
- update python version for Gotham compatibility

Download and install from zip > https://divingmules-repo.googlecode.com/files/plugin.video.jtv.archives-0.3.9.zip

Awesome. Working great! Thanks!

RE: [RELEASE] Justin.tv (Video) Plugin - zoydberg - 2013-12-15

yes thank you divingmule, very quick work

RE: [RELEASE] Justin.tv (Video) Plugin - nofal - 2013-12-15

Thanks divingmule for the fix.

RE: [RELEASE] Justin.tv (Video) Plugin - divingmule - 2013-12-16

Thanks for confirming, I had little time to test.

Hopefully they will make hls available for all channels, if it isn't already. Then we can forget about all the librtmp issues.

This add-on is next on my list for overhaul. If anyone has any thoughts/request it would be a good time :-)

Not sure if the update was pushed to the repo i still get 0.3.8?

RE: [RELEASE] Justin.tv (Video) Plugin - divingmule - 2013-12-20

I, reluctantly, updated the repo. This version 0.3.9 is not compatible with XBMC Eden.
