I have a Mygica 520 and your new update won't install. Any idea why? Is it because it is android?

Thanks in advance.

I'm guessing dependency issue, is the XBMC version is less than 12.0. Would need to see a debug log to be certain. - http://wiki.xbmc.org/index.php?title=Log_file

My end working perfect on Mygica 520....

RE: [RELEASE] Justin.tv (Video) Plugin - maddog2013 - 2013-12-27

Got it working. Could not install any addons. Ended up uninstalling and re-installing xbmc 12.3 and all is good now. Was on 12.2

Thanks for the JTV addon!!!!
My family loves this addon.
I have really missed having it work correctly for about a month.

I just used winscp to put the newest version on my ATV2 but no luck.
Sadly it isn't working on my ATV2 boxes
I did update XBMC thinking it would fix this.
What it is doing in JTV is playing for 3 seconds then freezing and crashing to the menu in the JTV add-on.

I am unsure of what I can do now to fix it. I used to have the lib file and I have used an advancedsettings xml in the past.
I am not even sure what version of XBMC I have on this box today. Fresh copy installed today.
Thank you Smile

Add-on Update 0.4.0
- code overhaul

Download and install from zip -> https://divingmules-repo.googlecode.com/files/plugin.video.jtv.archives-0.4.0.zip

Plugin url for a specific channel -
Code:
plugin://plugin.video.jtv.archives/?mode=get_channel&name=CHANNEL_NAME
For autoplay options add -
Code:
&play=true
or
Code:
&play=player
If a password is required add the password param -
Code:
&password=PASSWORD

When this proves stable I will update my repository, please help test and report any issues.

RE: [RELEASE] Justin.tv (Video) Plugin - joker123 - 2014-01-12

can you please help me create a xml file for this website http://www.justin.tv/lenbuwa

RE: [RELEASE] Justin.tv (Video) Plugin - divingmule - 2014-01-14

The url you would use for an xml file should be something like this -

Code:
plugin://plugin.video.jtv.archives/?mode=get_channel&name=lenbuwa&play=true

RE: [RELEASE] Justin.tv (Video) Plugin - HIGHWAY99 - 2014-01-16

Seems that the server for the access_token must have went down or something, error 503 on it. Hopefully just means waiting a while for their troubles to pass.

---

Looks like their prob on the site got fixed already.

---

Looks like some of it is back while a lot is still going to be iffy for a while yet.

RE: [RELEASE] Justin.tv (Video) Plugin - dailywalker - 2014-01-21

I tried the new file and its not working for me on an ATV2
I am using Frodo 12.3
The addon streams for 3 seconds and quits.
Curious where I can add the info posted above for the channels I like in the JTV addon

RE: [RELEASE] Justin.tv (Video) Plugin - RedPenguin - 2014-01-21

I can play live but the archives have totally stopped working. I just get error.

This is the only error I can find:

00:50:58 T:7752 NOTICE: [plugin.video.jtv.archives-0.4.0]: We failed to open "https://api.twitch.tv/api/channels/TWiT Live - Schedule at http://twit.tv/cal - Part: 154/access_token?as3=t".

To me it appears it's just scrapping the wrong info as that URL looks totally wrong.

I also went directly to their website using the json and put the links I want to watch in an strm file and they play perfectly. So that's most likely just what the issue is.

Doesn't sound add-on related, if you want to paste a link to your log, I'll take a look.
