Hey Andy. Can't thank you enough for all you have done on this. Wow.

Any idea what I might have done wrong to cause my thin textures to disappear? When I select thin panels now I get nothing but the text on top of the fanart.

Also, could you take a look at Hitcher's mod which changes the way the info screen while playing looks? I like that a lot better, maybe you can incorporate into your pack? Dunno if you want to mix mods though. I like seeing the title on the info screens and menu screens while a video is playing.

I'm having this exact problem, I downloaded the .tar, put the extracted folder into my XBMC 'skin' folder, added the fonts folder and loaded Aeon up. I also have none of textures in either thick or thin modes, and nothing in both the 'Full screen' Multiplex and 'Windowed' views. Am I missing a pack of files or something?

I do have this exact same problem too.
I did a
Code:
git clone git://github.com/andyblac/aeon.git "Aeon ShowMix"
in my .xbmc/skin folder (i'm using linux btw) and copied fonts folder from original auriga.

Something missing in the git repo maybe?
Also, in your youtube video i saw that you now should be able to select the shade color (green, grey and black), I don't have that option, maybe that's the reason the textures don't show up?

srk-mac Wrote:@ Andy (or anyone else)

I have been trying to remove the sections for extra thumbs in the full screen multiplex view (poster layout), ideally replacing it with the standard info seen in the non-fullscreen poster view (duration, imdb rating, etc.). Alternately, I would be pleased to simply remove the extra thumbs section and re-center the existing info, as the majority of my movies lack extra thumbs. Batemann and I have been discussing this, and there have been screens posted. Check pages 23 and 24 of this thread for screens, if needed.

I found the section in viewtype_multiplex that is used for extra thumbs in the fullscreen poster view, and replaced it with the code for the info, used in a stock Auriga build. However, this broke the multiplex view, leaving me unable to select it.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong, or what needs to be edited to create the view I'm looking for? (I'm new to any kind of programming, and trying to learn)

Also, the new update looks great. Well done! And thanks in advance to anyone able to help me on this issue.

Any thoughts or suggestions on this one guys?

Thanks for any help!

Without really digging into the code, it looks like Andy hasn't checked in his custom binary assets (images used by the skin). I'd just relax for a bit and give him time to get the repo in order.
