Here it is, new install was changing to your MOD for the first time.
The image errors are becouse you don't have any defaultBig.png on gitHub the names are default.png

fixed the missing animation, but the defaults are named correctly (no big in the file name or in the code) i dont know why you are getting those ??
can you give in a step by step on what you where doing to see if i can recreate it the error

A step by step is easy:
1. Installed XBMC SVN: 21397
2. Downloaded your MOD from GitHub with 'git clone git://github.com/andyblac/aeon.git "Andy's Aeon"'
3. Started XBMC.
4. Change to your MOD (that now have all black background/backdrops)
5. That was all (first time install on this computer)

i use your fonts.xml so i got both - my fonts are the only thing that is different, so Font_MultiplexMainLabel is the one that controls the number's size?
