great app, any future plans to add the other scraper options for the fanart like the posters tab has?

Need help with ratings - I set them to UK and it scrapes them fine, but saves it in the NFO files as <mpaa>15</mpaa> for example. This is not picked up by XBMC as a valid rating so I get no icon - if I use the tag <mpaa>UK:15</mpaa> it is picked up however. Is there a way to make Media Companion write the tags like this, as doing them all myself seems a bit silly :/

Just a word to point out that Media Companion is not dead - in fact it's more alive than ever.

Christmas seen Media Companion finally move to open source. There are already half a dozen developers signed up, and at least a couple of them are very active.

It will probably take a while to clean the code up and iron out some of the bugs, but I would imagine that in a month or two you should start to see some big improvements.

MC is being developed on CodePlex, and if anyone is interested in working on this project then we would be happy to see you.

I am thinking of joining the project, is there a forum or something where the devs etc comment on the project, objetives, tools, etc?

XBMC scrapers in Media Companion - perfect for me,

Just downloaded this and it doesn't work. The IMDB tab doesn't work and trying to manually find the movie using the change movie tab just returns an error stating to check my internet connect (Disconnect from your network and go to any website, that exact page is what I'm seeing). I guess IMDB changed something again.

Seeing the project going open source Smile After the fall of Ember MM, I think that the community needs a new project to collaborate on.

I'm very eager to see where this is going!

There's a bunch of stuff not working for me in 3.400, well to be fair it's working, but only like 2/10 times, like saving different fan art and changing posters

Good luck and i really hope this will continue to become the perfect media manager Smile
