I guess it's bad for me with a plasma too. =)

Looks really smooth.

It's great for projectors though ... cause all the light (and heat) gets output to the screen instead of cooking the projector when viewing a black screen Smile

Thanks,
Harry

That video looks great!!
Only think I would totally LOVE would be an official support for TV Show Banners since I prefer them over Posters.
That would make my day Smile

Bit of a change to the home page. Now it uses user-definable art to create something more dynamic - let's face it, icons are so yesterday - but still simple. The images are pulled from folders and change together at preset intervals, much like custom backdrops. The differences:

- you see multiple bits of artwork at once, none of them obscured by anything
- because they're smaller, the amount of artwork available goes through the roof. No more missing out on stellar art because it's only available at 800px

The layout creates all kinds of possibilities for showing additional metadata, from NXE-style "recently added" covers to numeric data such as weather. It uses just one texture, too. Alaska should come in at around 5mb and perform accordingly. While you can just use your usual fullscreen backdrops as the artwork, I've found you get better results by creating bespoke artwork. Choice is yours, though.

Please consider issuing an art pack of whatever you personally use for those of us too lazy to find suitable images ourselves.

This is fantastic! Love the idea of still being able to utilize all the great backdrop art we have accumulating over time. Keep up the beautiful work.

Looks amazing mate, I'm glad the weird futuristic icons are replaced with something more intuitive.
