OK, but what this cdArt you keep bragging about?
cdArt will show a spinning cd during playback in the fullscreen info window.

How do you set fullscreen info window for playing your CDs?
I have configured my folder structure as such: F:\Mp3\Artist\Album
In album I have placed a cdart.png file for each CD.
Now, I cant get the cdart to play when Im playing a CD on my xbox. Is there a way for me to confirm what fullscreen window info is so it plays
has anyone been able to play it on there xbox yet?PS. clearart is working like a charm for TV shows!!

when you have music playing, hit X and it'll take you to the fullscreen info window, and it should be there.

I read a long time ... and finaly understand where is the hidden menu for the Transparency! configuration lol
And the fucking "media flagging" option lol
On my xBox it is activated
And i have the last build : r21940
BUT i already don't understand some thing ?
Because when i scan my folders all the films have just the DVD icone but never an AC3 icone or H264 codec or 720P ... never
Some have the studio ICON but not at all ... i have scanned with the 1.02 and the 1.03 version of the skin !
My questions are :
- What i must do to have these fucking icones lol
Because i rename my files with the AC3 in the title for see it, but in library mode i can't see
and it is very important for me * Tell me if i must rename my files with some secret words ?
* Tell me if i must use a special SCRAPPER and not our excelent SPEEDALLOCINEv2 for french
I read also you want to remove the STUDIO FLAG ICON ... i never have bug about that ?
Can you give us if you want to remove it, the other XML files for some people who want always activate it ?
Because for my part i always use the last XBMC version, DL on http://www.sshcs.com/xbmc/
And i think it is not patched for the FLAGS ... i wish one day it become official !

You're not doing anything wrong.
Media flagging does not work on the xbox.
It's not supported by xbmc.
It will only work with the patched version for now.

If i UPDATE my version with the PATCHED version, and not delette my DATABASE but scan again my folders ... will the SCRAPER just add the FLAGS ?
An other thing, the SCREEN of the WEATHER when the sky is gray is not very beautifull
It is like a bad DIVX lol ... do you will to update it ?
And in the HOMEPAGE with the vertical menu, in french, the word PROGRAM is PROGRAMMES ... and it is longest than in english and it is not very beautifull to see it
Can you upgrade the MENUBOX for it feet in it ?

i didn't make those images, so i don't have better ones.
you're probably using the xbox version of the skin, which has scaled down (and maybe compressed) backgrounds, that's probably why they look so bad.
the originals are here: http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=51991 in case you want to replace them yourself.

The "Patched" Build is still experimental. Read its thread, as ronie suggested. You will either have to rescan you whole library or fix the database files manually. All this is in that thread.

Im also on XBOX and am wondering where the weather folders are located within the skin? I did see a certain location but noticed some of the folder structures where different than the one on the link and with yours and also the images were also different within the link.
What would be the best method of possibly updating the weather backgrounds within your skin?

well, you could use the regular version of the skin...
the only difference of the xbox version is that all of the backgrounds are scaled down.
so that's the easiest thing to do if you want higher quality backgrounds.
the home weather backgrounds are located in:
skin/Transparency!/images/backgrounds/home-weather-conditional
you can empty this directory and replace it with the directories found in the link.
the only thing that has to be done is rename the 00-09 folders to 0-9.
the name of the images in the folders doesn't matter at all.
also copy the image in the 'na' folder to the root of the home-weather-conditional folder.

Well I've been experimenting with this and the setting in Advancedsettings.xml doesn't seem to make a difference, the visualisation seesm to be what controls it for instance if I use projectm it stays on longer than if I use goom!

two things,
1) it' been reported that upgrading to the last svn version fixes this.
2) or add <songinfoduration>3600<songinfoduration> to your advancedsettings.xml file,
this will make it stay on screen for an hour. you can increase the value if it needs to be even longer.

on the xbox contoller it's the white or black button, on my remote, it's the info button. I believe you can toggle that info between, not showing at all, only popping up at the beginning of each song and then fading away(not sure what the variable is there, maybe song duration?), and always on.

wow, that's it! i always thought it was a simple show/hide toggle, but it seems to remember the last state.
if the info disappears, just hit the info button and it will reappear.
from then on it should be always visible....at least that's the way it's acting on my end.
