Seperate library for miscellaneous videos.. - BORIStheBLADE - 2009-10-09

I am running XBMC on a AppleTv, but felt this is a better place for this.

My Atv is all up to date and I'm running the Media stream skin.
I have all my movies and tv shows setup in their library's working fine.

What I'm trying to do is setup my miscellaneous video files under the "watch your videos" section. These are basically racing and fighting torrents that I watch then delete.

After I set content and make default to the folder containing these files
I go back to the menu or reset xbmc then click on "watch your videos" it doesnt stick, it just shows my options for sources. This method works fine for my tv shows and movies, but can't get it to work with under watch video files.

These are files I don't care to scrap since they are miscellaneous videos.

I hope I explained this well..

Any help would be appreciated.

Works for me ™.

I clicked Videos.
Pressed "c" (for context menu) on the share I wanted to mark as default.
Pressed "Make Default".
Restarted XBMC.
Clicked Videos, and sure enough, there it went.

Cheers,
Jonathan

By doing just default and not setting content is that how you get it to show your files, but not scrap?

thanks

Set content is only for scraping, yes.

Thanks, I'll give it a try and see what happens.
