elite1967 Wrote:Hi all,
I have been trying to load the episodes of "Il Commissario Montalbano", but could not do it.

So I have this directory structure:
Telefilms - ITA
-- Il Commissario Montalbano
---- Il Commissario Montalbano.1x19.avi
---- Il Commissario Montalbano.1x20.avi
---- Il Commissario Montalbano.1x21.avi
---- tvshow.nfo

tvshow.nfo is:
Code:
http://www.movieplayer.it/serietv/il-commissario-montalbano_1173/

But despite all type of settings I couldn't load the episodes in XBMC.

Any idea?

thanks

I'm using 1.3.1 version (from git) of this scraper but I'm not able to correctly find some movie name (with or without Bing option, with or without specified year):
- Hooligans
- Get Shorty
- Dogma
- Giorni contati

i've tried to scrape
Code:
giorni contati (1999).avi
giorni contati.avi
Dogma (1999).avi
Dogma.avi

with
v 1.3.1
and all settings enabled...and all data are retrieved without problem.
Your file name are clean?
If not, try to rename your files and remove words or tag other than title and year.

HiNod,
first of all, thank you for this great scraper, it works very well.
I have problems finding only two movies:
Seven (http://www.movieplayer.it/film/seven_170/)
S.W.A.T. (http://www.movieplayer.it/film/s-w-a-t_651/)
Could you help me, please?
Thank You.

Hi all!
first of all thanx for your support, ever and ever!
Since a while I've noticed that genres are downloaded in english instead italian like in the past scraper version... that made some mess in my archive... is it a definitive choice or can I modify something to have it in italian again? best regards
GM

happy new year Smile

@rendilo
the files names are correct?
i've tried to scrape
Seven (1995).avi
and
S.W.A.T. (2003).avi
and the scraper has found all info correctly.

@gatto_mannaro
Some info are downloaded in english (from IMDB) if not found in italian.
Some other info are scraped directly from IMDB (Genres duration studios actor..) to be less dependent on movieplayer site (that change the layout very often).

that's fine enough... I know that since a while and for the future genres are and will be always in english. I've to update my old part of the archive but it's not a big mess

About actors: I noticed that time to time the list is not very "congruent".. I mean, the main actors are missing while bit players and secondary important actors are listed. For instance, "the eagle" where Jamie "billy elliot" Bell is not considered :-)
Is there a reason and a method to avoid that?
best regards
GM

Happy new year to you too, thank you for the help and sorry for the late reply.
File names are the same you have written in your post, except for the file extension which is .mkv.
I don't know if this is the cause of the problem but i have had troubles only with these two movies.
If I try to manually scrape (both with and without date) S.W.A.T. I am not able to find anything, and if i try to scrape Seven it shows different titles such as "Seven Days" but not the right one.Sad
I'm not an expert user so maybe it's my fault. When I want to scrape a movie which is not recognized, I right-click it in the library and select "Movie Informations".
Thanks for your support and good bye.Wink
