Great! Building now. Will let you know revision number soon.

Thanks

[EDIT] yep, now showing git revision c7948e2 when checking system info. cheers!

[EDIT] seb... is this build still defaulting to 'nearest neighbour' scaling? that was happening in last few builds. thanks.

Anyone could upload the new build to Mediafire?

And its posible to integrate the PVR support in this build?

Thanks!

I can post a new build later however other than the move to git and maybe a merge (?), there isn't any changes. Having said that maybe it would be good for everyone to be on the git version.

[EDIT] Here you go... http://www.mediafire.com/?f9t644rpmwbw8vn

[EDIT] opps, forgot to say this ones unofficial and unsupported by seb and tiben.

I tried DSPlayer (latest stable version 33619) some weeks ago, but it just wont play some of my .mkv movies. For example i saved Lord Of The Rings 1-3, all encoded using h264, dts audio, mkv container. They all play fine in VLC, MPC-HC, MediaPortal, XBMC DVDPlayer etc. but when i try to start the first movie with DSPlayer XBMC instantly crashes and has to be killed with the windows task manager. The other two movies work fine. I also tried to make a new .mkv from my Bluray but there is still the same error.

I get the same error on about 10% of my movies while i used the same encoding settings for all of them. This can be reproduced on other pcs (with only the same movies). I also tried to get a non-working copy of my working movies, but this also seems impossible.

Debug Log didnt help too much as it didnt show any sings of a crash.

First thanks for the build , appreciate it. Second am I the only one that gets a security notice downloading from mediafire? My Norton always give me a warning that intrusion attempt from mediafire was attempted.

Still post a full debug log via pastebin. It should show something... if it's crashing when you start a movie, then maybe a filter connection problem?

Hey guys. First, thanks and kudos on such a massive and impressive project.

OK, so it's 2 am here, and I'm fried now. My original intent for using the DSPlayer build on my Windows 7 HTPC, was to gain the ability to play 1080i videos. Since installing the latest stable DS build, all I get is audio, and no video, on any resolution video.

Just to make sure I wasn't going crazy, I confirmed that any of my videos (aside from the 1080i ones) have no problem playing in VLC, so I'm not sure if it's an issue with the XML for this build (double checked, and .m2ts is setup standard, which is what all of my movies are), or with Ffdshow. Can anyone help me out here? I have a hunch it's going to be some extremely dumb and obvious issue, but I could use a fresh set of eyes. Thanks.

When playing in VLC, are you using it's internal codecs, or the exact same filter combo that you are using in dsplayer?
