Then I opened the same mkv file with mpc and had no audio either with mpc or with dsplayer. Doesn't really matter to me, since I'm not using mpc on my zotac ion board.

unfortunately, audio stream switching isn't (works great with directsound but not reclock) I'm not too worried as FLAC is my first audio track but just letting you know.
