Not just underscores, I had sickbeard in a path under windows with an ! and had problems when I first installed. Easily fixed and i didn't report it. - mattressfish - 2010-07-17 00:53 It looks like Sickbeard is having troubles finding Big Brother (US version). Its got all the correct info from thetvdb, but has yet to download episodes that I can find on nzbmatrix. edit: Here's an interesting log entry Code: Jul-16 18:46:12 INFO BACKLOG :: Provider gave result Big Brother US S12E04 PDTV XviD 2HD but that doesn't seem like a valid result for Big Brother so I'm ignoring itLooks like it found it, but doesn't think its right. - midgetspy - 2010-07-17 01:14 I just added an exception for Big Brother -> Big Brother (US), it should work now. - mattressfish - 2010-07-17 03:32 midgetspy Wrote:I just added an exception for Big Brother -> Big Brother (US), it should work now. Doesn't look like it... Code: Jul-16 21:30:52 INFO CP Server Thread-8 :: No downloads were found- mwkurt - 2010-07-17 05:34 I am having a helluva time with Sickbeard tonight. Here is what it does: Downloads the show, postprocesses and moves the show to the proper folder, yet a few seconds later the show disappears into oblivion. Here is a segment of log file: Processing folder J:\TV Processing\TV Downloads Recursively processing a folder: Complete Processing folder J:\TV Processing\TV Downloads\Complete Recursively processing a folder: Columbo Season 1 Processing folder J:\TV Processing\TV Downloads\Complete\Columbo Season 1 Auto processing file: J:\TV Processing\TV Downloads\Complete\Columbo Season 1\Columbo - S01e02 - Ransom For A Dead Man.avi (J:\TV Processing\TV Downloads\Complete\Columbo Season 1) Processing file J:\TV Processing\TV Downloads\Complete\Columbo Season 1\Columbo - S01e02 - Ransom For A Dead Man.avi (with folder name Columbo Season 1 and NZB name None) Attempting to parse name J:\TV Processing\TV Downloads\Complete\Columbo Season 1\Columbo - S01e02 - Ransom For A Dead Man.avi Looking up name Columbo on TVDB Found the show in our list, continuing Looking up quality for name J:\TV Processing\TV Downloads\Complete\Columbo Season 1\Columbo - S01e02 - Ransom For A Dead Man.avi, got Unknown Looking up quality for name Columbo Season 1, got Unknown Guessing quality for name J:\TV Processing\TV Downloads\Complete\Columbo Season 1\Columbo - S01e02 - Ransom For A Dead Man.avi, got Unknown Unless we're told otherwise, assuming the quality is SD TV TVDB thinks the file is tvdb_id = 70369 1x2 Seasonfolders were 1 which gave Season 1 The ultimate destination for J:\TV Processing\TV Downloads\Complete\Columbo Season 1\Columbo - S01e02 - Ransom For A Dead Man.avi is G:\TV Shows\Columbo\Season 1\Columbo - S01E02 - Ransom For A Dead Man.avi Existing result: 0 Moving from J:\TV Processing\TV Downloads\Complete\Columbo Season 1\Columbo - S01e02 - Ransom For A Dead Man.avi to G:\TV Shows\Columbo\Season 1 File was moved successfully G:\TV Shows\Columbo\Season 1\Columbo - S01E02 - Ransom For A Dead Man.avi already exists but it's smaller or the same size as the new file so I'm replacing it Failed renaming G:\TV Shows\Columbo\Season 1\Columbo - S01e02 - Ransom For A Dead Man.avi to G:\TV Shows\Columbo\Season 1\Columbo - S01E02 - Ransom For A Dead Man.avi: [Error 2] The system cannot find the file specified Processing failed for J:\TV Processing\TV Downloads\Complete\Columbo Season 1\Columbo - S01e02 - Ransom For A Dead Man.avi Now the thing it, the file does not exist, it never did. Oh it said it had "snatched" and downloaded the file and it may have, but it wasn't in the folder when I went to look for it. So I deleted the show from my database and reentered the show. Tried downloading the file again, same thing happens. Can anyone help me out with this? Midgetspy...are you there? As an aside, these files are specifically labeled "Non Scene". I have to download them myself with binsearch and put them in the folder that Sickbeard looks to for postprocessing. Does Sickbeard have a problem playing with Non Scene Files? I have another question....When I reload my Sickbeard window in Windows 7, down in the lower left hand corner where it says connecting to localhost, etc...for a short time I can see http://www.paypal.com as if it were attempting to contact paypal. The Paypal thing flashes a couple times and then it connects to Sickbeards port or whatever. Is this normal or am I being hacked? Thanks, Mark - darkscout - 2010-07-19 18:24 Is there a way to force selection of episodes? For example I get this error: Code: 2010-07-17 04:29:58.555405 QUEUE-REFRESH :: Unable to parse the filename /net/server.local/tank/TV/FullMetal Alchemist/Season 1/Fullmetal Alchemist - The Conqueror Of Shamballa [Subbed].mkv into a valid episodeHowever the episode shows up as I don't have it. A simple button to click and manually select the file shouldn't be too hard. I'm also having some weird problems with Modern Marvels: Code: 2010-07-17 06:18:43.879250 QUEUE-FORCEDUPDATE :: Malformed air date retrieved from TVDB (Modern Marvels - 12x51)Quote:for a short time I can see http://www.paypal.com as if it were attempting to contact paypal. The Paypal thing flashes a couple times and then it connects to Sickbeards port or whatever. Is this normal or am I being hacked? It's just for the paypal button. - stephenm01 - 2010-07-19 23:35 kri kri Wrote:Midget can you make a setting where you can use the DVD order of a series? Futurama is all messed up when you have a dvd rip and SB uses air date. Has this been fixed? - PiNCH - 2010-07-20 23:26 Hmm, it's really hard to avoid not asking the same questions twice since the thread is so long: I know this has been answered before, as I'm quite sure I noticed another user asking when looking for an answer to my last question, but I can't find that post again... I get "The path '/home/addShows/addShows' was not found." when I try to add a show. SickBeard is currently placed under D:\SickBeard, so it's not the underscore problem again

Create the folder for the show first. Then point SB at that folder. - PiNCH - 2010-07-21 00:15 mattressfish Wrote:Create the folder for the show first.
