yes.. it will eventually though once all the tvdb checking threads time out. which could be awhile if you have a lot of shows

Does anyone have any idea why it doesn't show that my collection is complete, even though I have every episode of every season of all the shows I have?

Sometimes you need to set specials and unaired episodes to Ignored. Lost has a bunch of webisodes that are listed in the season listing that I remember having to set to ignore.

I really should have looked at the logs before posting. The episodes on NZBMatrix are SD and I've selected HD only. How can I change the quality settings after the show has been added?

Click on Big Brother in sickbeard, then click on Edit on the menu along the top. There's an option to change the preferred quality.

And you can select multiple qualities. I usually select HDTV and WEB-DL as my initial quality and WEB-DL,720p BluRay as my upgrade. You can select SDTV and HDTV as an initial quality and select HDTV as an upgrade if you think the show might show up later in HD.

Has anyone had any issues where an episode downloads just fine, scrapes, etc, but XBMC doesn't see it at all?
I've had several episodes do this at random recently.

That happens when there is no nfo or a bad nfo, usualy resolves just renaming once re-scan and rename another time to the original.

Yea, judging by the lastest one to go 'missing' on me, there's a few tags that look like they weren't opened and closed properly.
