Just set up Sickbeard and Sabnzb to realize i cant use it,cause it only supports english series.
What do forgein people do if the want series in their language?
is there a workaround in sickbeard or anything?

I download the foreign shows manually (and send them to sabnzbd for download) and add them to sickbeard which scrapes the information in the appropriate language and tells me when a new episode was aired.

I'm still getting weird errors with the renamer on a few files. So far I've only found 5 effected episodes out of 10000 files, and it's only some of the double episodes, not all.

It's renaming episode 17-18 to 18-17... The first two episodes of season six is also a double episode, yet it's named 01-02 fine. HuhHuh

EDIT: This pops up under errors:

Are there any performance differences in Sick Beard when running on Ubuntu (Linux) versus Windows Server?

I'm currently running it on Ubuntu 11.04 and am thinking about converting my servers over to Windows Server...

Anybody else having a problem with sickbeard? It's been working perfectly for over a year and last week I noticed that none of the new episodes were downloading. I tried everything, forcing backlog, checking wanted episodes to ignored and then wanted again to force a new search. Finally, I decided to shut it down manually and restart. Lo and behold, as soon as I restarted it, six new shows immediately were sent to sabnzbd and downloaded. Now I'm back in the same situation. L&O SVU, Criminal Minds, Modern Family, Up All Night, Harry's Law, all showed last night. All are showing in my Missed Episodes. All are marked as wanted. And no amount of me fooling with the program seems to get them to download.

I really have no idea what to do to fix the problem. Absolutely nothing has changed since it was working perfectly. Like I said, it just started happening last week. Thanks in advance if anybody has any ideas.

Just installed it today and it works without a problem.

- clubwerks - 2011-09-23

Well, I guess consider yourself lucky because my install isn't working at all.

does the log say anything?

The biggest thing I could find in the log is with CSI s12e01. It actually finds the HD version, which is what my download preference is, but for some reason it thinks it's the SD version and says not to download it. It's the 1.46 GB Dimension version. It even finds it on NZB matrix in the TV:HD section. I really don't have a clue what's wrong. The only other thing I could think of is that newzbin appears to be down, but I completely eliminated that from my list of search providers.

No go, I tried a few combinations,

I've honestly got no idea anymore, so I'm just going to walk away and leave it do what it wants.

I don't know about all the naming conventions, but all my multi episodes are named like this:

s01e01e02

I've got a ton of Fanboy and Chum Chum that are like that and they've always post processed fine.

Nothing fixed it. I ended up deleting my entire sickbeard folder and doing a fresh install. That seemed to do the trick.

you do S##E##-E##.

example: S01E01-E02

thezoggy Wrote:you do S##E##-E##.

There is no S##E##-E## option in the post process? Or do you mean as my original file name?

Using that as my original filename, 'Lost - S06E17-E18 - The End.avi' the post process rename option of 'duplicate' makes it 'Lost - S06E18 - S06E17 - The End.avi' and using 'extend' it's renamed to 'Lost - S06E18-17 - The End.avi'.

I had a failure on my NAS a few days back, so this is a fresh install (from git) of Sickbeard, and it's still not renaming right.
