- 91dxcrx - 2011-12-13 First of all I'd like to thank everyone involved in this amazing project. I finally decided to try Sickbeard out last night and within 30 minutes I had everything up and running without a hitch. Now I'm having a bit of an issue trying to add "24/7 Flyers:Rangers Road to the NHL Winter Classic" which starts on Wednesday and I was looking for some input. Here's what the error looks like: Quote:Unable to add show and here's the error from the log: Quote:2011-12-12 18:57:02.996000 SHOWQUEUE-ADD :: Error contacting TVDB: There was an error with the XML retrieved from thetvdb.com: syntax error: line 1, column 49 First try emptying the cache folder at.. C:\Program Files\SickBeard\cache\tvdb If this does not resolve the issue, please try again later. Thanks! - thezoggy - 2011-12-13 91dxcrx Wrote:First of all I'd like to thank everyone involved in this amazing project. (they usually arent tagged with a season/ep number.. or on tvdb the same way the scene rips them) aka: just get it manually - simplechords - 2011-12-13 thezoggy Wrote:documentary and sport programs are not supported in sb. Contact them and they will fix it. **edit, i made a post in the forum notifying them of the issue. - MitchRapp81 - 2011-12-13 simplechords Wrote:its not a support issue... the same thing happened last yet...there is a issue with the xml file on thetvdb. I can't wait either Look like it's all working now - Adeiko - 2011-12-14 Yesterday this commit appeared. https://github.com/midgetspy/Sick-Beard/commit/9b43f7102acd91e393a4c7a83232560a16b71b0d Can someone explain what it does exactly? Add the shows you download to the collection of trakt? Edit: Forget it, here is the answer. http://sickbeard.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=3383&start=10 - cable_guy - 2011-12-14 Hi can anyone help me please? Everytime I download a TV program, it appears in my /downloads/complete/TV directory, then disappears. I have sorting turned off in SAB, and I suspect SB is doing it. any ideas where it may be going please? - isamu.dragon - 2011-12-15 Probably being moved in post processing, check your settings for the correct directory - cable_guy - 2011-12-15 isamu.dragon Wrote:Probably being moved in post processing, check your settings for the correct directory Thanks for the reply, but it's not in the directory set in the post-processing menu, I've searched the filesystem for it and it doesn't show up anything, and it's not in it's intended final destination either. How can I check if the settings are actually deleting the downloads? - oneadvent - 2011-12-16 I'm having a hard time updating Sickbeard. It happened this way: 1. Sickbeard said I was 29 commits behind. 2. Clicked update. 3. Sickbeard says that it is restarting, but never does. 4. Git Clone: sudo git clone git://github.com/midgetspy/Sick-Beard.git /home/oneadvent/useful/sickbeard 5. Moved the resulting files to where they belong. 6. Restart Sickbeard. 7. Says version is now unknown. 8. Click Update again. 9. Same result. (never actually restarts) 10. Manual restart doesn't help Thanks for any help! - thezoggy - 2011-12-16 oneadvent Wrote:I'm having a hard time updating Sickbeard. It happened this way: make sure sb isnt running in the bg.. git reset --hard HEAD - oneadvent - 2011-12-17 I'm not really sure how to do what you are asking... I get Code: oneadvent@oneadvent-desktop:~$ git reset --hard useful/sickbeard/ - mattressfish - 2011-12-18 Sickbeard keeps grabbing the same 6-8 NZBs (for CSI and Walking Dead) and sending them over to SAB. Luckily, SAB sees them as dupes and doesn't download them. I've rescanned all the files and stuff in SB. What am I doing wrong? - thezoggy - 2011-12-18 mattressfish Wrote:Sickbeard keeps grabbing the same 6-8 NZBs (for CSI and Walking Dead) and sending them over to SAB.
