Pr.Sinister Wrote:Hehehe...

Sorry to be so anal about this but i just got the Web DL version of an episode
Sick Beard downloaded yesterday and i had it auto-processed in SAB.

It replaced the other file no problem but the verbose was again back to a minimum.

It also didn't delete the processed folder...

Code:
V 2009 S01E06 Pound of Flesh 720p WEB DL DD5 1 h 264 TjHD

           Loading config from C:\SABnzbdScripts\autoProcessTV.cfg
Processing folder E:\Downloads\~TV\Process\V 2009 S01E06 Pound of Flesh 720p WEB DL DD5 1 h 264 TjHD

Recursively processing a folder: V.2009.S01E06.Pound.of.Flesh.720p.WEB-DL.DD5.1.h.264-TjHD

Paste the sickbeard.log lines please and I'll take a look.

Midgetspy - first off, let me say that SickBeard is absolutely amazing application. You're done a fantastic job! And I plan to use it to replace my shitty cable service.

I've been having some issues with post-processing now for the last few versions. This may be related to Pr.Sinister's issues.

Right now running Windows alpha build 444.

Currently, the post-processing script runs from SABnzbd and it all cases will move my TV show file to the proper directory and update XBMC. That part is fine.

But, where it used to delete the downloaded directory (back in 435 as far as I can remember), it doesn't do that anymore. Additionally, where SABnzbd used to output the results of the script running, it now says "Ran sabToSickBeard.exe" and in the details reports "Request unsuccessful." Still seems to process though as mentioned above.

I know you recently added the code to process multiple episodes in a directory, and I wonder if the fact that most of the NZBs (the ones I get anyway) contain a sample video file may be messing things up.

Regardless, here's the relevant bit from my log:

- midgetspy - 2010-04-08

The last line of the log you posted explains it - you already have that episode in your show dir so it cancels the post processing.

I used to have some code in there that picked only the single biggest file from the dir to avoid samples, but since I now allow multiple files that code is gone. Since SAB has an option to delete samples I think it should be safe.

midgetspy Wrote:Paste the sickbeard.log lines please and I'll take a look.

I guess the reason the folder wasn't deleted is because the original rars had the
folder name in there. So the folder was 2 levels deep and Sick Beard deleted the
deepest...

As for the reason verbosity was at a minimum, here is the log :

Got it - set SAB to not download sample files and all worked fine. Sorry, I'm new at this and didn't know about that setting :o

FYI, SAB still reports "Request unsuccessful" after running the script, but obviously that's not important if it ultimately works like it should.

Thanks for the info!

- midgetspy - 2010-04-08

Sinister: found it, should be fixed now.

neuralclone: glad to hear you got it going, though I'm not sure about that "Request unsuccessful"... it should be printing the log info inside SAB.

midgetspy Wrote:Reading that back I sounded a bit short, sorry... just a few people have asked about it now. If somebody can provide some other examples of shows like this I'll consider it but as is this is the only show I've ever seen that's named like this so it's not worth bothering.

I realize that this is an old post, and I'm not sure how much developed after this but it was all regarding the alternative naming scheme of "The Pacific".

I agree that there is no reason to add support for this naming scheme based on one occurrence, just thought that you may want to know that this is a common naming scheme for any mini-series. You'll notice that 2008's Generation Kill followed this naming scheme. As well as other past mini-series' such as Little Dorrit, Grey Gardens, John Adams, The Corner, etc.

Wanted to point out that this isn't exactly an anomaly or totally exceptional situation. There aren't too many mini-series being produced each year, but there are a few.

Please note: I'm not asking or begging for this addition/change to be made. I don't care at all as I can download them manually, just wanted to bring it to your attention if it hasn't already been.

EDIT: Just to be more clear the naming scheme I'm referring to is "Part 1", "Part X" instead of "s01e01", "sXXeXX".

Backlog Day - Pr.Sinister - 2010-04-08

The backlog search frequency cannot be changed.

Doing it through the GUI or even editing the config.ini file manually has no effect.

It always stays the same.

Suggestion on New Status - Pr.Sinister - 2010-04-08

I love the new Snatched (Proper) status.

May i suggest a Downloaded (Proper) status?

Just for consistency's sake. Snatched usually means it's in the process of being
downloaded so once Sick Beard knows it had snatched a proper and now it has
just replaced a file that was proper'd, it should assume that's the one.

Of course, it should only do that when it knows it snatched a proper. If not, then
all the Web DL versions i get a day or two later would be considered Propers by
Sick Beard.

Post-processing failed for the 2 shows I got last night... CSI and CSI-NY. Here's the error for a manual post-processing:

Code:
Processing folder /scratch/Downloads/TV/CSI.S10E16.HDTV.XviD-LOL
Auto processing file: /scratch/Downloads/TV/CSI.S10E16.HDTV.XviD-LOL/CSI.S10E16.HDTV.XviD-LOL.avi
Processing file /scratch/Downloads/TV/CSI.S10E16.HDTV.XviD-LOL/CSI.S10E16.HDTV.XviD-LOL.avi (with folder name None and NZB name None)
Attempting to parse name /scratch/Downloads/TV/CSI.S10E16.HDTV.XviD-LOL/CSI.S10E16.HDTV.XviD-LOL.avi
Found the show in our list, continuing
TVDB thinks the file is CSI: NY10x16
Unable to create episode: Couldn't find episode 10x16

Never had a problem with PP at all until now so I'm guessing it's a change you've made or TVDB.

bobrap Wrote:Seems I'm having a problem with post-processing. SAB says "ran sabToSickBeard.exe", but, nothing is moved/renamed. What logs do you need to see to tell what I have wrong? I'm running build 443. Thanks.

Seems this problem for me hasn't gone away with build 444. Any help available? Thanks.

I need your sickbeard.log lines from the time during the post-processing (search for "Processing folder").

Freek: have you processed CSI before? Because you'll notice if you search TVDB for "CSI" you don't get a result for the show, and this is why I can't post-process it properly.

- bobrap - 2010-04-08

I did a search of the log and that string is not foundHuh

- midgetspy - 2010-04-08

Well try post processing something and watch your log and see what it says (and send it to me)... or possibly your autoProcessTV.cfg isn't setup right and Sick Beard isn't getting notified at all. It should tell you the problem in the SAB log, I'm not sure what is with "ran sabToSickbeard.exe", it should tell you the output of sabToSickbeard.exe.

Regarding the "Ran sabToSickBeard.exe" issue, I tried clearing out the SAB cache folder, but that didn't help. Here's what I think is the relevant bit from the SAB log:

Code:
2010-04-08 01:41:10,645::INFO::[postproc:314] unpack_magic finished on Breaking.Bad.S02E04.720p.Bluray.x264-CLUE

And here's the relevant bit from the Sickbeard log:

Again, the post-processing works fine, it just doesn't report anything to SAB. Not a big deal to me, but since others reported it I thought these logs might help.
