- Bobb25 - 2010-06-18 Okay I have an issue. Sickbeard seems to be doing its job perfectly except once the files are loaded onto SABNZBD instead of actually downloading the NZB SABNZBD shows: "Trying to fetch NZB from http://www.Bin-Req.net/download.php?nzbid=28441" or "Trying to fetch NZB from http://nzbmatrix.com/api-nzb-download.php?id=671703&username=XXXX&apikey=XXXX&scenename=1 " as two examples. I have installed version 0.5.2 of SABNZBD+ and updated to the latest sickbeard. If i copy and past the link into IE it downloads the NZB fine? Am i missing something simple like a setting somewhere? Your assistance is appreciated! - kricker - 2010-06-18 Bobb25 Wrote:Okay I have an issue. I have set up my brand new WHS and would like to put Sickbeard and SABnzbd on it to download my TV shows. I currently run it on my HTPC and it works good. I am a real neophyte when it come to WHS and am not sure how to install these programs. I have seen that they should be installed as a service, but I do not know how to do this. Can anyone explain the steps needed to install these programs in WHS or point me to some instructions? Thanks, Mark - mattressfish - 2010-06-18 mwkurt Wrote:Hello again,You'll need: * AnyServiceInstaller from here: http://forum.wegotserved.com/index.php?/topic/8566-any-service-installer/? * Windows 2003 Resouce Kit - Google it Assuming you're using the compiled version and not running from source, just point the AnyServiceInstaller at sickbeard.exe and sabnzbd.exe. If you need an actual walkthrough, I can probably put one together this weekend (assuming anyone else hasn't)... - Bobb25 - 2010-06-18 kricker Wrote:First grab SAB 0.5.3 RC1 then see what happens. Thanks... seems to be working now No Reservations - durin - 2010-06-18 I am having a problem with Anthony Bordain: No Reservations with Sick Beard. The issue I am seeing is that TheTVDB says it is on Season 6. However, all the posting on nzbs.org etc those episodes are labeled as Season 7. Anthony.Bourdain.No.Reservations.S07E01.720p.HDTV.x264-SYS Anthony.Bourdain.No.Reservations.S07E02.720p.HDTV.x264-ORENJi (etc) Is there a way to have it season for S07 instead of S06 for just this show? - mwkurt - 2010-06-18 Thanks Mattressfish! I appreciate the tips. I'll give it a try this weekend. Mark - midgetspy - 2010-06-18 Bobb25: There are two separate SAB bugs in your post. First, bin-req will gurrently never work if you send direct to SAB, only if you use black hole. This is due to a bug in SAB with gzipping (supposed to be fixed in 0.5.3). The NZBMatrix one is a generic urlgrabber bug, that one can be fixed by restarting SAB if it gets stuck on a particular URL. 0.5.3 is supposed to fix that as well. Durin: if TVDB is out of sync with the scene there's nothing I can do about it, sorry. - steve1977 - 2010-06-19 I am getting the folllowing error message in the "log". Everything appears to be running, but it asked me to post, so please see below: "Error while searching NZBS, skipping: BAD STUFF HAPPENED This should never have happened, post a bug about this!" Any thoughts? - steve1977 - 2010-06-19 Not sure whether this is already feasible or actually constitutes a feature request. I am using SABnzbd+ together with Sick-Beard (both on a NAS). My TV shows are on 2 harddisks and Sick-Beard nicely watches new shows upcoming and triggers download via SABnzbd+. Unfortunately, the downloaded espisodes will then end up in the folder of the 1st harddisk (as defined by SABnzb+). Some should go on the 1st and some of the 2nd. Is there any chance to make this happen? - mattressfish - 2010-06-19 steve1977 Wrote:I am getting the folllowing error message in the "log". I got tired of downloading the source and stuff so I put together a batch file to do it for me. If any of you are interested in downloading it, its here: I was thinking of expanding this, but before I do, has anyone tried this or care? FWIW, you can also use it to download, unzip, etc the source for the first time... - kricker - 2010-06-19 I care and plan to try it tonight or tomorrow. - xeonicxpression - 2010-06-19 mattressfish Wrote:I was thinking of expanding this, but before I do, has anyone tried this or care? FWIW, you can also use it to download, unzip, etc the source for the first time... I use it. It's great. I had to remove the part about stopping and starting the service since I run it from source. Come to think of it, this is downloading the source so how are you running it as a service? I just used wget to access the shutdown link of sickbeard then started it again after it was done. Just out of curiosity, what does %~dp0 mean in the batch file? Thanks for the work on this. It was such a pain in the ass to update sickbeard before. - mattressfish - 2010-06-19 xeonicxpression Wrote:I use it. It's great. Brilliant! %~dp0 = whatever the path of the batch file is. |
