Yea, that's what I assumed. net stop Sickbeard and net start Sickbeard gave me errors every time. It would always say service not available when it tried to stop it. I can't wait to see what else you come up with for this. Made my life so much easier.

Hello,

I have downloaded and am using the lastest Rev. 454 and have noticed that the backlog is missing. Sometime between 453 and 454 the backlog was taken away. What happened to the backlog? Will it be coming back?

Thanks,
Mark

I've just updated to alpha build 454 and it doesn't seem to find any shows anymore. Was working fine on the older version...

Log of the search for NZBMatrix:

Jun-20 13:06:02 INFO CP Server Thread-11 :: Sleeping 10 seconds to respect NZBMatrix's rules
Jun-20 13:06:01 INFO CP Server Thread-11 :: Clearing cache and updating with new information
Jun-20 13:05:59 INFO CP Server Thread-11 :: Searching NZBMatrix for Fringe - 2x21 - Northwest Passage

I even changed the episode name convention to exactly match the format of the title on NZBMatrix and it still doesn't seem to find it for some reason:

Jun-20 13:11:45 INFO CP Server Thread-8 :: No downloads were found
Jun-20 13:11:45 INFO CP Server Thread-8 :: Searching Bin-Req for Fringe S02E21
Jun-20 13:11:34 INFO CP Server Thread-8 :: Sleeping 10 seconds to respect NZBMatrix's rules
Jun-20 13:11:34 INFO CP Server Thread-8 :: Searching NZBMatrix for Fringe S02E21

I can verify that the episode is definately on NZBMatrix.

Another thing I noticed is that I keep getting an authentication error from nzbs.org (see log entry below)

Jun-20 13:09:49 ERROR CP Server Thread-10 :: Authentication error: The NZBs.org result URL has no auth info which means your UID/hash are incorrect, check your config

I have double checked my uid and hash and they are correct?

I noticed something similar (regarding the search fault). Try go to the show in sickbeard, tick the box next to it, select "Change selected episode to "Wanted"" and click Go. Then hit the search button next to the episode and it should find it. I discovered this issue the other day.

Mate, you are a legend! That was it. Downloading that episode as I write this. Thanks for your reply.

TV Show names in other TV Shows' Episode Titles - Pr.Sinister - 2010-06-20

Is there a way to parse the downloads so it looks for the show name always
BEFORE the SXXEXX so errors like this don't happen :

The backlog was looking for WEB-DL episodes of Lost and it downloaded

Quote:Stargate Universe S01E15 Lost 720p WEB DL DD5 1 h 264 TjHD
Quote:Ghost Whisperer S01E05 Lost Boys 720p WEB DL DD5 1 H 264 LP
Quote:Leverage S02E09 The Lost Heir Job 720p WEB DL DD5 1 H 264

It then replaced 2 Episodes of Lost with those downloads...

I was able to stop the download of Leverage before post processing but i
wonder what would have happened if i let it post processs since i do have
that show and i have the show Lost.

Stargate Universe and Ghost Whisperer i don't have in my database so i guess
it had no choice but find Lost...

Code:
Stargate Universe S01E15 Lost 720p WEB DL DD5 1 h 264 TjHD

           Loading config from C:\SABnzbdScripts\autoProcessTV.cfg
Processing folder E:\Downloads\~TV\Stargate Universe S01E15 Lost 720p WEB DL DD5 1 h 264 TjHD

saved quality 720p WEB-DL

Looking up quality for name Stargate Universe S01E15 Lost 720p WEB DL DD5 1 h 264 TjHD.nzb, got 720p WEB-DL

Unless we're told otherwise, assuming the quality is 720p WEB-DL

TVDB thinks the file is tvdb_id = 73739 1x15

The old status had a quality in it, using that: 720p WEB-DL

Seasonfolders were 1 which gave Season 1

The ultimate destination for E:\Downloads\~TV\Stargate Universe S01E15 Lost 720p WEB DL DD5 1 h 264 TjHD\Stargate.Universe.S01E15.Lost.720p.WEB-DL.DD5.1.h.264-TjHD.mkv is O:\TV Shows\Lost\Season 1\Lost - 1x15 - Homecoming - 720p WEB-DL.mkv

Existing result: -2

Moving from E:\Downloads\~TV\Stargate Universe S01E15 Lost 720p WEB DL DD5 1 h 264 TjHD\Stargate.Universe.S01E15.Lost.720p.WEB-DL.DD5.1.h.264-TjHD.mkv to O:\TV Shows\Lost\Season 1

File was moved successfully

O:\TV Shows\Lost\Season 1\1x15 - Homecoming.avi already exists but it's smaller than the new file so I'm replacing it

Renaming the file O:\TV Shows\Lost\Season 1\Stargate.Universe.S01E15.Lost.720p.WEB-DL.DD5.1.h.264-TjHD.mkv to O:\TV Shows\Lost\Season 1\Lost - 1x15 - Homecoming - 720p WEB-DL.mkv

Post processing finished successfully

Deleting folder E:\Downloads\~TV\Stargate Universe S01E15 Lost 720p WEB DL DD5 1 h 264 TjHD

Processing succeeded for E:\Downloads\~TV\Stargate Universe S01E15 Lost 720p WEB DL DD5 1 h 264 TjHD\Stargate.Universe.S01E15.Lost.720p.WEB-DL.DD5.1.h.264-TjHD.mkv

I've been using SB for a few months now. Thanks for the great program!

I just added Pokemon as a new show and now when I select the show I get the following error:

Sinister: are you using the latest source? That is an NZBMatrix bug but I recently added my own regex show filter which should have fixed that problem.

mwkurt: http://code.google.com/p/sickbeard/wiki/QualitySettings

Some kind of episode summary will be coming, once I can figure out how to do it in a reasonable way...

steve1977 Wrote:Not sure whether this is already feasible or actually constitutes a feature request. I am using SABnzbd+ together with Sick-Beard (both on a NAS).

My TV shows are on 2 harddisks and Sick-Beard nicely watches new shows upcoming and triggers download via SABnzbd+. Unfortunately, the downloaded espisodes will then end up in the folder of the 1st harddisk (as defined by SABnzb+). Some should go on the 1st and some of the 2nd.

Is there any chance to make this happen?

Any thoughts?

Midget can you make a setting where you can use the DVD order of a series? Futurama is all messed up when you have a dvd rip and SB uses air date.

steve1977 Wrote:Any thoughts?

In Sabnzbd config under folders be sure to have your Post-Processing Scripts Folder set to where you have sickbeard folder called autoProcessTV below is an example how mine is setup.
Folder containing user scripts for post-processing
/mnt/disk1/sickbeard/autoProcessTV

Sabnzbd config settings should be set in User - Defined Categories set to TV and Script across from it set to sabtosickbeard.py

Sickbeard config settings for Episode Download Options for sabnzbd Category:
The category you want your downloads to go in (default is TV) TV should match what you setup under sabnzbd categories above.

Hope this helps.

steve1977 Wrote:Any thoughts?

Set up post processing correctly and SB will put episodes in the corresponding show folder, regardless of what disk it's on.

As for DVD order, it's been requested before and will happen sometime... later...

Is the problem I am having with Pokemon [mentioned a couple of posts back] because of the unicode characters in the show name and/or its episodes?

I do not think it is because of the show name as I was able to view some of the episode listings from specials, and seasons 1-2 as it was populating.

I left it for a while to finish populating.

Now when I select the show, I get the error I reported. I am able to click on other show names and see their episodes. So, the problem is specific to this show.

Please let me know if there is any other information I can provide that will help identify the cause of the error.

Thanks!

I am having an issue with the automated downloads. Unfortunately, files are getting pushed to SABnzbd+ several times, which results in me downloading exactly the same file 10+ times. I checked with the folks at SABnzb+ and they believe that the issue is SB.

Anyone having similar issues and/or a solution for me?

- midgetspy - 2010-06-22

mchrisb03: yeah that was the problem, it should be fixed now.

Post a log of SB sending the file more than once and I'll take a look.
