[Linux] Ubuntu 9.10 karmic: no add-apt-repository - FireMan - 2009-12-10
Hi All
I've installed 9.10 minimal, then try to install xbmc following this insructions.
But, in the 1st command, I receive the following:

xbmc@MARK1:~$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:team-xbmc
sudo: add-apt-repository: command not foundHow can I fix the add-apt-repository absence? Any package to install?

Adding the XBMC Repo (change jaunty to karmic)
Adding PPA Keys

i built a xbmcBuntu box 2 days ago (& after install) it is step1
today i needed to add a repo to my ubuntuServer
got the same error... googled it ... landed here
yet another reason i love xbmc
