You never know, maybe someone will mod Xperience some day to have that little gamertag panel, for now it's not gonna happen so I'd suggest buying a 360 if you want it that much

Yeah not gonna happen, buy a 360 and use the dashboard, or use XBMC and our Xperience skin.
