Manage network share's - knaj - 2009-12-14

Hi. I have a small question.. I'm looking for a smart way of sharing my movies and music with some of my friends and the thing I'm wondering about is that I would like to do this the exact same way XBMC does it, that is that I can put several link's to the same place. In other words I want to have a "category" that is music for example that contains links to the music on an FTP server, maybe a samba server, a local folder and so on. The way XBMC handles this is awesome, but can I use XBMC as a media server and share what I have as sources there? Or is there any other way to do this? As I understand it you cant have several symlinc's to the same directory..

PS - Many, many thanks to everyone that's contributed to making this the greatest app ever!

And my apologies for putting this post in the wrong place ;-)

uhrr, you can have as many symlinks you want. xbmc shares its libraries through upnp
