Did you setup a password in growl and allow network notifications?

Did you use port 23053 ? So in notify pro you use 192.168.1.100:23053, and replace the ip with your PC's ip address.

Here's a quick HowTO video for growl on windows.

Actually....I'll be releasing an update that adds support for Mac...I just need to test it... don't have a mac so trying to figure out a way to do that.

Can't you move the application settings into the settings.app? You would be so much better : D

I guess I could.....I'll add it to the todo list...but...I want to finish the other stuff that I have in the list first, but it's something I'l definitely do since your not the first one to ask....

Haha ! You make it sound like you don't like my app Smile

I mean: It* would be so much better. As you just uses the app to set up the settings there isn't really a need for it. Also, it would be cool if you could send the contact photo to growl so it would show it on the pop up. Btw if you could change to notify-pro to Nofity Pro it would be cool : D it just looks better ahhaha

Thanks once again, and nice job, keep it up.

I just bought it, set it up with growl for windows no problem. haven't tried mac yet (looks like 1.2 is posted on cydia now).

one problem i noticed right away - when call notify is on, incoming calls are crashing my phone to safe mode. anyone else getting this?

I've posted 1.25 that should resolve this..unless its somethign else...can you send me your syslog file? from your phone?

And yes...1.2+ Support Mac now...I've tested it msyelf...You have to enable the Use UDP option if the host your setting up in Notify Pro is a mac, and in Growl on the Mac you have to make sure Growl is configured to listen for incoming notifications and to allow remote registration (Network tab) in the growl app on the mac.
