Can someone point me in the right direction on how to update to the latest SVN for this? I've done a lot of searching but it just made it more confusing.

ngok Wrote:I managed to login by telnet,but user xbmc is not available,root/root will let you in.
on screen there are some error messages.
looks like boot loader is up but booting ubuntu is failed.
<code>
running init.d/rcS
atv-boot=manual -- searching for boot_linux.sh
sh: 0:unknown operand
atv-boot=auto/manual/patchstick failed -- starting telnetd
sending discover...
</code>

I have the same issue and could never worked out why. The work around I use is to telnet is as root then "cd /usr/sbin" then "./boot_linux.sh" and then it boots.

Hey, do you have an actual image for my usb stick?

- cck197 - 2010-04-11

I've gone back to the native OSX app, follow the instructions here:

http://todayguesswhat.blogspot.com/2010/01/thanks-davilla-and-xbmc-team-apple-tv.html

There is a newer version available from what is linked, crystalhd-for-osx-1.0.3.zip

You'll also need to run:

Code:
defaults write com.teamxbmc.xbmclauncher XBMCAdditionalDownloadPlistURLs -array-add http://mirrors.xbmc.org/nightlies/osx/update_urls.plist

Do switch to downloading the nightly builds.
