Smoothvideo detected refresh rate. - dedu - 2009-12-27 Hi. When pressing 'Z' I have correct refresh at 50. When pressing 'O' I see refresh as 60. Is that the intended behaviour? If not, can I force the dected refresh rate? Thanks. - bobo1on1 - 2009-12-27 Please post a debug log: http://wiki.xbmc.org/?title=Log_file - dedu - 2009-12-28 Hi probably spotted the problem in the log. Nvidia-settings returns 60hz for some reason. This is the offending line I suppose: DEBUG: CVideoReferenceClock: output of nvidia-settings -nt -q RefreshRate 2>&1: 60.02 Hz should return 50hz. Will do a more thorough forum digging tomorrow. - bobo1on1 - 2009-12-28 You probably need to turn off dynamic twinview. - dedu - 2009-12-29 That changes the refresh to 60hz in all menues. Might be the right resolution, not sure if my TV really supports 50hz in all res. Thanks anyway. - bobo1on1 - 2009-12-29 The refreshrate didn't change, the driver reports it wrongly as 50 hertz when dynamic twinview is on. |
