Boxee able to play 1080p smoothly - 18000rpm - 2010-01-31
How come I can play 1080p video smoothly on Boxee, but not XBMC? I prefer XBMC but am not able to play 1080p smoothly.

Boxee uses DXVA, have you tried a build from this thread

Ah thanks for the info. Just tried it, quite smooth with the DXVA build but rather unstable. Video is blank sometimes, etc.
