[linux] how to map command to mce remote - g2345c - 2009-12-29

I would like to map AudioNextLanguage command to my mceusb remote control so that i can change Audio Language in one click. Can some one please help me to do it?

I was succesully made it to work on the keyboard (press 'a' to change audio) by adding to the keymap.xml this line: AudioNextLanguage

However, i couldn't figure out how to do this on the remote control. Please help

thanks

Download mceremote.zip from http://sourceforge.net/projects/xbmcmce/files/ for info on configuring the Microsoft remote to send whatever keystrokes you want. Just select whatever button you want to send 'A' and edit one of the .reg files accordingly.

Ah, I'm out of my depth with Linux, but I'd ask in the "XBMC for Linux and XBMC Live Specific Support" forum.
