I rarely use the OSD during the movie. I start the movie and watch it until the end. There's really only one reason for me to use the OSD and that's for searching/installing the proper subtitle.
In confluence the subtitle applet is easily accessible, but in Rapier/Qualar this is a tedious job using the mouse and then quickly the keyboard to go to the right. It seems it is even worse now or should I say impossible to reach the applet.
Can this please, please be changed ??
PS maybe there's some workaround for it?

Yes, qualarmod v 3.8 works fine with Dharma XBMC. Thank you!
Unforutunately Dharma's PPA's are still screwed...

In answer to question one. When you are on settings on the main menu push-up to show the sub-menu and select skin settings.
For 2 I am just starting a new job for the next 4 weeks I will be out of commission with regards to coding.

Anyway, I'm having some issues with the top bar:
I've set it to black. It appears dimmed and with a different (italic) font.
On your screenshots it appears gray with black parts, and with a white bold font.
How can I reproduce it?
