- wstewart - 2010-04-05 It`s like being a kid at Christmas excited to open presents and in this case we`ve been able to peak under the wrapping through your updates. The skin looks fantastic and I can`t wait to try it. When you think you might make a first version available? - mcborzu - 2010-04-05 My goal is early May, by early I mean single digits of May - Irish2685 - 2010-04-06 I'm very excited to try this skin out. It looks absolutely amazing. I have a feeling it will replace Aeon65, which I've been using for a long time now. - venealis - 2010-04-07 can't wait for release keep up the excellent work - hikaricore - 2010-04-07 I've replaced my Modern Family and Torchwood cleartitles as they were not scaling well at all. When mcborzu releases the skin I'll update my pack with these and a few other images I've done since. Currently they can still be found with the others on photobucket. - igotdvds - 2010-04-07 hikaricore Wrote:I've replaced my Modern Family and Torchwood cleartitles as they were not scaling well at all. We need to create standards, like 400x155 bottom aligned, so we can work with them. I would like to use them as well but a lot of people wont use them if they require work (people are lazy) . - hikaricore - 2010-04-07 igotdvds Wrote:We need to create standards, like 400x155 bottom aligned, so we can work with them. It was posted pages and pages ago. - XBMCG33K - 2010-04-07 Love!!! The way those cases look man! - mcborzu - 2010-04-07 Well I should thank team Blackbolt, I got the idea from an image by a team member of yours...EqUiNoX - igotdvds - 2010-04-07 hikaricore Wrote:Uhh that is the standard... 400x155, centered, align bottom. That's odd since one of the links I got images from "in this thread" had images 715x150. - hikaricore - 2010-04-07 igotdvds Wrote:That's odd since one of the links I got images from "in this thread" had images 715x150. Yea that person didn't bother to read. Isolated incident from what I can tell. - IamLegend - 2010-04-07 @hikaricore and/or mcborzu what programs are u guys using to make your clear art? - mcborzu - 2010-04-07 Photoshop for me....Then I test on a black/white background and some random color like a pink background. Sometimes you notice a little error on a lime green/pink background that doesn't show on white/black. I assume those free versions like GIMP work, mostly it's just magic wand, a little blur and a slight drop shadow. Sometimes I tediously use the pen tool on the hard clearARTS/logos. - hikaricore - 2010-04-07 Gimp through and through. Many times I can wand select but others I have to hand trace. I had several (anime specifically) that were an outright pain in the ass to do and a few more I remade from scratch using a good image as a template. >.> - IamLegend - 2010-04-07 mcborzu Wrote:Photoshop for me....Then I test on a black/white background and some random color like a pink background. The two of you have already done 99% of the work for me but im sure i'll have to get my hands dirty and do a couple myself sooner or later. |
