Reconcile - Video library(Movie Source) vs Movie library - rapidvelo - 2010-03-18 Is there any way to quickly reconcile or find out which movies exist in the source but do not in the library (upon scanning)? For example if i look in the sources under video for my movies i see 1200 objects, in the count in the movie library i see 1166. One way is to get a directory output listing, then do a compare of what is in the database, but this can take a long while. thought maybe if anyone has another faster and easier way? thank you - kraqh3d - 2010-03-18 No there isn't. You'll need to dump the files column from the moviesview table, and compare it to a directory listing. - TeknoJnky - 2010-03-18 some movies could be stacked, ie showing 1 entry in the library instead part 1/part 2 or disk 1/disk 2. - kraqh3d - 2010-03-18 Yes, but its not too difficult to discern what the actual files are from the stack:// url. |
