I am running Win XP with latest updates. The computer does not crash without XBMC and it crashes very rarely with Confluence, but with Alaska every day.

Any ideas, please?

I took the auto-update off and I'm going to test whether it crashes anymore. I'm just wondering does it crash even if there is no update but it still checks for it?

my wish: movie & tv series filte should be the same (the opacity of the movie filter, because with the tv series one the infos are unreadable), and the music filter (the screen if i press tab while a song is played) should be completly transparent so i can see the whole fanart.
