Either remove Hitchers repository or disable auto-update (settings>addons, left arrow, toggle update). - Hitcher - 2011-04-18 3.0.2 requires nightly build 18/4/2011 onwards Updated: Recently Added items now that they're available from XBMC without scripts - master345 - 2011-04-18 hitcher i have updated to 18/4 nightly. Addons tells me there is an update to Alaska. I am on 3.01 and it says update is 3.02. I switch to Confluence to update and it says almost instantly 'update add on installed'. When I go back to Alaska skin I am still on 3.01.....?? Do you know about this or how i can fix it/update? - Voyager - 2011-04-19 here too.. I'm on the latest git master revision (18 apr) and it seems that Alaska Revisited is reporting the wrong version number 3.0.1 (while it is indeed 3.0.2). The annoying side effect is that it keeps updating itself... - Hitcher - 2011-04-19 Forgot to bump the actual skin addon.xml at first but corrected it soon after. Try deleting the skin and zip (found in the packages folder) and re-download. - tungmeister - 2011-04-21 Hitcher Wrote:Which Home style are you using? I've tried it with all the Home styles. - Hitcher - 2011-04-21 Can you post a screen shot of the custom item settings? - tungmeister - 2011-04-21 I've just tested and the issue is only occurring when setting a multi image path, single image works fine. I've tried this on two machines, A win 7 64bit and 32bit. - Hitcher - 2011-04-21 Ah that explains it. Multi image isn't used for the the back image so I'll remove that for the next build. - tungmeister - 2011-04-21 Hitcher Wrote:Ah that explains it. I've not looked at the xml files yet but I do have some understanding of the skinning engine, would it be difficult to enable multi image for the background? Edit: I've pretty much got it sorted, I'll post if I have any issues. - DazNoonan - 2011-04-21 tungmeister Wrote:Which Skin Theme and Colour is this using? Can't recall seeing it and it looks good. I am using the standard Alaska Revistied ones at the moment. - tungmeister - 2011-04-21 It's the night theme. - DazNoonan - 2011-04-21 tungmeister Wrote:It's the night theme.Coolio, Night Theme and Night Colours year? Will give this a try later - Hitcher - 2011-04-21 tungmeister Wrote:I've not looked at the xml files yet but I do have some understanding of the skinning engine, would it be difficult to enable multi image for the background? The skin isn't designed for 'full on' backgrounds and the single image is meant to be used as a wallpaper. - Baswazz - 2011-04-21 Hitcher i got some problem. I switched to your alaska revisted skin, it is up to date using repo. But the backgrounds in the icons are not visible. |
