The preference on/off has no effect for me and it's persistent across restarts of XBMC and/or the ATV it's running on. Are there info/debug tests I can run? May I ask: I can understand why someone wouldn't need Music (as me) on XBMC - I don't have a proper sound system hooked up and really don't want to listen to music through the speakers of my TV. But what do you use XBMC for so you don't need TV Shows (or maybe even Movies)? I'm just curious. - TheHazel3yes - 2011-01-05 I think I found one bug: The "Hide video info screen "Play" icon" entry now is twice listed: first under View Options and second under Video Info. Disabling the "now playing box"? - AshrafAnsari - 2011-01-05 Is there any way of disabling the "now playing box" in the down-left corner? I like having the movie showing only in the background. I think it looks much cleaner. I found a setting called "Hide Video Info screen 'Play' icon" and I thought that was what it was for, but it doesn't seem to work. Maybe this setting is broken because I'm using a wrong build of XBMC? I'm using the official Dharma 10.0 release. Awesome skin btw! - mozomo - 2011-01-05 AshrafAnsari Wrote:Is there any way of disabling the "now playing box" in the down-left corner? I was wondering the same thing... In VideoOverlay.xml comment out from line 17 to line 33 - i.e. from <control type="group"> to </control> on line 33 - the " now playing box" is gone. Warning: I have no idea if maybe something else breaks if you do this!!! So far everything seems to be fine here. - CyberXaz - 2011-01-05 Hi Hitcher, Updated Spanish Strings.xml for 2.2.3 http://pastebin.com/F6hA0ju1 - zisis1985 - 2011-01-05 Great skin hitcher, i love your work! keep walking... i noticed that when i choose random movie or episode it doesn't show any movie fanart or episode screenshot in the main menu movie/tvshow buttons, like it used to... - Hitcher - 2011-01-05 Pr.Sinister Wrote:When using the logos in the Panel Tall view, if no logo.png is found, the name of the show isn't displayed. Finally fixed this problem - it was because I moved the image with the ID to an include. - Hitcher - 2011-01-05 Javizun Wrote:Downloaded the alaska revisited repo file. Followed the instructions to load it.Force Refresh not work? - Hitcher - 2011-01-05 Mike8913 Wrote:Do you plan on adding this hide functionality back? It is critical for some of us. Thanks for the updates otherwise tho. it is beautiful. Critical? Seriously? There are other Home style available if it's that important. - Hitcher - 2011-01-05 chewitt Wrote:The preference on/off has no effect for me and it's persistent across restarts of XBMC and/or the ATV it's running on. Are there info/debug tests I can run? This makes no sense because I've checked the code and with that option off it returns directly to Home. PHP Code: <onclick>ActivateWindow(MyVideoLibrary,tvshowtitles,return)</onclick> Have a look at your guisettings.xml for HomeReturnOff and check it's false. - Hitcher - 2011-01-05 TheHazel3yes Wrote:I think I found one bug: The "Hide video info screen "Play" icon" entry now is twice listed: first under View Options and second under Video Info.
