Win7 and UPnP - L1onsG8 - 2010-03-20
Hi - (I originally posted this some weeks ago - but it got lost in the crash)
I've got a strange problem with UPnP and Win7. When I make my video library available through UPnP from my Linux machine, the Win7 xbmc can find it and playback works fine. When I reverse it, i.e have the Win7 expose the library through UPnP and try to watch movies from the Linux, I can see the entire library but only certain formats seem to work (divx) Video_ts, mkv or anything else fails.
I've tried with a different xp computer accessing the Win7 with the same result.
Either this a bug in the windows version of xbmc or it could be a configuration issue. Any suggestions is appreciated.:confused2:
