I've decided to be a lot more open with exactly what we're doing so you get a better idea what's to be done.

This is a screenshot of the sticky note I have on my desktop, it's a list that I updated this morning with everything that needs to be done and also additional changes that I would like to complete:

And here is a pic from the homepage as it is now with some new updated icons, for example the old TV Shows icon is out, updated for a more modern looking LCD. You can also see the new updated 'Time Based' theme style (still thinking of a new name for that, any ideas?).

wow, looks like a good update! i'll be waiting!

can't come up with an idea for the name... i'll think about it Wink

Just a name idea for your timebased theme:

TIME OF DAY THEME
THEME BY THE HOUR
HOUR BASED THEMES

Smile Keep it simple

lol, I could of come up with them, infact I think I already did for a couple of them. I want a name or word that sounds like what it is, the passage of time through the day, etc.

what about *Moonlight-Interface*
another one: *TimeSplit Phenomenon*
third option: *Automatic Skin Supervision (ASS)*

Best Regards,

You have got me thinking there, I'm being drawn to a Doctor Who inspired, time sort of name.

'Tempus' (Latin for time)
'Clockworx'
'Dawn2Dusk'

More food for thought.
  • Clepsydra (greek water clock)
  • Chronometron
  • Gnomon (the part of a sundial that cast the shadow)

or 'Who' based...
  • The Shadow Proclamation
  • Pandorica
  • Chronotis
  • Just don't name it "Sarah Jane" or "Rose"

Looking forward to the finished product.

How about "Tardis" Time and relative dimensions in space. Seem quite fitting to meNod

Ooooo... Tempus... me likey!

Tempest is good, but it doesn't really describe itself well. I like the word 'chrono', so might call it Chrono-theme. What else can we come up with, colourful, lights, time based, gotta be something more descriptive and cool sounding we haven't thought of.

How about 'Sundial', 'Countdown', 'Tik-Tok', 'Speed of Light', 'Phase-Shift' or 'Burning Daylight'... ouch my brain hurts.

Chronos
Odyssey (after 2001 A Space Odyssey)
SpeedOfLight
Galaxy
VidEon (an 'eon' is long loooong period of time)
EMC2 (it's a relatively new idea ;-))
Orbital
Event Horizon
