Support for marks.vdr - g4rb4g3 - 2010-03-23

Hello,

would it be possible to add support for marks.vdr ?
The file contains the cut marks for VDR recordings.
I wish that it would be possible to play a VDR recording and press skip to jump to the next time from the marks.vdr.
The file itself contains only times for VDR to cut the recording. It looks like this:

I get the marks from noad but i don't want to cut the recodings since i don't know if the times are correctly. So it would be great if I just could press next/prev to go to the next/last position from marks.vdr
