You can use either the link at the beginning of this thread to download them individually or use the Logo Downloader Script to let XBMC download them automatically.

With the script being released and then having a uniformed naming convention kind of made having a pack obsolete...
Plus having the pack reaching 60mb, waiting for it to upload gets tedious. And it just made one more thing for me to do...

That would depend on the individual. I prefer Photoshop and use CS5. Some people prefer Gimp. I could even see using Inkscape or Illustrator.

I looked at the ClearART tv logos you guys have made and they looked perfect for use in series banners and season banners.
I created a little tool http://www.lockstockmods.net/clearart/ that organises the logo's a little easier and thought it might be useful for you guys as well.
Basically if someone enters a thetvdb id in the search box on the right and theres no clearart for it, it puts it in the request section, then anyone can upload images to fulfil the request. An admin can then approve or deny the image.
If you are interested i'd be happy to give you admin access to approve/deny images as well as phpmyadmin access to the database and ftp access to the shows folder.
Its still a little rough and needs some work, but its getting there and is functional as is.
