XBMC 9.11 hangs on shutdown - jimtreats - 2010-05-01
I'm using XBMC 9.11 (SVN-26018) on a mac mini 2ghz C2D. I just updated it today from the RC to full 9.11 version.
I'm having some problems where occasionally it just fails to shutdown when i select shutdown. I end up having to force kill it. I can try and turn on debug mode to debug this, but i don't know whether anything useful will be written to the logs.
Has anyone else encountered this problem.. generally XBMC has been relatively rock solid so its a bit shocking to have it so fragile on the same system as ran it fine before.
I'm getting my media over SMB to a media server... all that is working ok i think.. the server is up and on the whole time, i've been playing something one moment, and struggling to quit the next so i don't think its a problem related to the network.
