Update 8/12/2010
-Fixed Music Playlist not being navigatable
-Fixed bug with tv.png, thx zwat
-Fixed Kiosk mode blocking Video Info - Pressing "I"
-Option to disable "Slide" view
-Added link to HD Movies on Home, with custom backdrops - able to turn off
-Removed favourites and logo script now need to be in /addons folder

**only git updated**

You can grab the favourites and logo script HERE, though installing Night via the Repo will take care of this in the future.

noob probs with git:

if i want to "git pull" there is the message:

Quote:error. untracked working tree file 'media/flagging/video/576.png' would be overwritten by merge. aborting.

or

Quote:error. untracked working tree file 'media/movie-poster/music_square_diffuse.png' would be overwritten by merge. aborting.

what i have to do?!

- zwat - 2010-08-13

delete or rename those files and pull again. that's what i do on those error msgs

How do you get add-ons working with this skin, if I go to Settings > Addon Scripts then turn on Enable Custom Script Button 1 nothing shows when I click "path to script", other skins normally show a directory structure so I can choose the addon

Edit: I've added iPlayer and AppleTrailers to favourites but they don't appear under favourites under Custom Home

They have to be installed first. Either go thru the addon manager via settings or click "Get More" in that dialog.

Same behavior as Confluence - only skin that has this option also that I can think of

If they are not showing you need the script.favorites, I linked to it in my previous post - HERE

The add-ons are installed, they're not showing under this skin though. I had them added to custom menus in Alaska previously.

I've extracted script.favourite to the addons folder and they're showing now, that'll do Smile

Dont know what to say they're populated for me:

Glad you got it now...In the next couple days when installing Night via the Repo will take care of not having the logo/favourites scripts

- dave77 - 2010-08-13

Cool, not sure why the add-ons aren't appearing (it just says None under that page you posted above) but i've got what I need via the favourites. Is this the main repo http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=78301

No when you go thru xbmc.org/skins in the addon manager thats the official repo. Right now it's just Backrow, Mediastream Redux and PM3D.

Though I believe the same principles apply with that unoffical Night repo. If you install that, it will install the dependencies (favorites/logo) on download...I haven't tested yet but I believe if it's current as of last nights changes it'll work like mentioned.

Spiff says that it should work, I changed the file to state that it needs the two scripts. Please let me know (in my thread so we keep this clean for mcborzu) if it works, I am at work so I can't test but I will when I get home in about 40 minutes.

Doesn't seem to, no probs though, i'll re-install it when it's on the official Repo, is it going to be added soon
