[MAC] Changed location for skins? scripts? - whatson - 2010-05-19 I'm using build 30260 and SL 10.63 It seems the install location for skins have changed? For the time being, at least. Before it was ~Library/Application Support/XBMC/skin now it's in the addons folder inside the app itself: XBMC.app/Contents/Resources/XBMC/addons where you find the default skins: skin.confluence and skin.pm3-hd And I guess the folder name should reflect the contents? Like in "skin.Transparency", which works for me. How about scripts, I can't get navi-x to show. I tried renaming it "script.Navi-X" and place it in that same folder but no go. Anyone experiment more with this? ---- oh, okey according to this downgrading to Revision 28276 or below should be better. (Maybe that info should be pinned?) But that was posted almost 3 months ago so if anyone have a trick for scripts in the meantime, like mine with the skins..... |
