Quick and dirty way would be to use the include that is used in the video info screen:
<include>typeFlagsInfo</include>
Put that inside a group control in MyVideoNav.xml and give it the desired x & y coordinates. Or find the actual include in IncludesFlags.xml and use snippets of that code.

A heads up to reFocus translators or anyone willing to take up translations, I uploaded the 0.9.1 strings.xml here.
A couple of new strings have been added and some were removed. All new, changed and removed strings are marked with a * in the file.
