Not sure if you are using an ATV2, but it may happen with other platforms, I'm not sure. Give this a try: http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=116803
By the way, I don't think that this is skin related.

Yes, the subtitles issue seems not to be skin related. I believe it has to do something with the fact that i am using a network drive. What about my second question?

Anyone else showing broken on Eden beta 3?

bboo Wrote:My absolute favorite XBMC skin! Simple, fast and great looking.

I have two issues though:
- I'm using XBMC subtitles but when i download them, the subtitles do not show at all. My movies are in a local network drive. Could that be the issue?

- How do i download posters for TV shows? When i choose slide view i get stretched and distorted images. I want something like this: http://i79.photobucket.com/albums/j126/JoenP/rf_tv_sl.jpg

Thanks!

If you hit left (or up, can't remember) then it will bring out a menu on the left and there should be an option that will either be "use fanart" or "use posters" hit that one and it should fix it.

This skin as a lot of room to evolve...

Just wanted to ask...some video addons, in thumbnail or slide view mode, show TV channel logos as being oversized so that they "overspill" their containers. For instance, in the Flash Sports Streams addon, the various Sky Sports channels (1, 2, 3, etc) all have their logos too large for the rectangular container they exist in, so that the tops and bottoms of the logos are cut off. Since the bottom of the logo is the part that contains the number of the channel, this is inconvenient Smile

The same thing happens, for instance, in World News Live addon.

Has anyone else experienced this? It's as if the addon doesn't resize oversized logo pictures properly to fit in the rectangular container. Some logo pictures are sized properly to begin with, and those appear fine. But others are too large. I wonder if there's a way to compensate for this in reFocus, manually if need be? Hmmm...

Yes, I have in PseudoTV. For example, I made a Shaw Brothers channel, and the same thing happens to me in the guide.

The PseudoTV skin is separate from reFocus. If you're having some trouble with it, send me a screenshot of the issue and I'll try to get it fixed.

I'd like to change this also, anybody know how to do it?

Give me a few hours to test out this afternoon, and confirm if its your addon or not, but I think it is. Either way, I'll send a screenshot tonight at the latest.

I think is cacheSlider.png, in /media/dialogs for the background and progressSlider.png in /media/dialogs for the main color.

its only the Textures.xbt in the media folder. How to you expand this to change?

Cheers

Sranshaft: So here are the two screenshots I've taken, one from the guide, and one in the info bar.

You need to download the git version, from here:
https://github.com/jeroenpardon/skin.refocus

In media folder you will find the uncompressed texture.
