- Mar2zz - 2011-11-20 possible your quality profile is too narrow for couchpotato to find good results, or your providers are not complete. Couchpotato finds movies for me a lot, in fact, so much I rarely use other ways to download movies ( i have a custom profile set from r5 to brrips). - Essay - 2011-11-22 Love the app, it works a treat. Just a quick question though, is there anyway to better manage 3d files? There are multiple different types of 3d rips out there, but I'm only really interested in SBS versions. I can't see a way to do this in CP at the moment. Thanks. - mattressfish - 2011-11-22 Essay Wrote:Love the app, it works a treat. Can you just put 'SBS' in there? - krish_2k4 - 2011-11-23 Can anyone tell me why 'Cowboys.And.Aliens.2011.EXTENDED.720p.BluRay.x264-CROSSBOW' is being renamed to 'Movies,.Aspirin.and.Vultures.2005.1080P.bluray' ? how the heck do i fix this? Cowboys and aliens is in the wanted list too. Quote:16:47:34 INFO [ app.lib.cron.renamer] XBMC metainfo for imdbid, tt0373760, generated Edit: ok fixed it by putting the file in a folder! But a new problem is couchpotato does not recognise and ampersand (&) and misses it out when renaming, it also is missing when you add the movie to the wanted list, it simply names then "Cowboys Aliens" instead of "Cowboys & Aliens". - kontax - 2011-11-25 krish_2k4 Wrote:Can anyone tell me why 'Cowboys.And.Aliens.2011.EXTENDED.720p.BluRay.x264-CROSSBOW' is being renamed to 'Movies,.Aspirin.and.Vultures.2005.1080P.bluray' ? Is it the ampersand causing this? I've had this happen to a couple of movies, but I haven't looked much into it so never found the cause. I thought it was just all movies that weren't placed in a separate folder in the Movies folder, hence the rename. - themugger - 2011-11-25 Just wondering if you are going to publish a Windows build with the ability to get movies from the wanted list on trakt? Thanks - krish_2k4 - 2011-11-26 kontax Wrote:Is it the ampersand causing this? I've had this happen to a couple of movies, but I haven't looked much into it so never found the cause. All i really want is a simple renaming/scraping/moving software for movies like sickbeard is for tv. Here is what happens when it renames and scrapes Fright Night (2011) Single MKV file Code: 17:25:44 INFO [ app.lib.cron.renamer] XBMC metainfo for imdbid, tt0373760, generated When the MKV file is in a folder i get the same results Code: 19:55:23 INFO [ app.lib.cron.renamer] XBMC metainfo for imdbid, tt0373760, generated edit: now its renaming all new movies "Movies,.Aspirin.and.Vultures.2005.720P.bluray" no idea what is causing it. - silvine - 2011-11-27 I want to set up Couch Potato so that it moves my downloaded movie on my HTPC to a folder on externally connected NAS drive. How do I get it to do this? I tried "/Volumes/Films" but this didn't work. Films being the film directory on the root of my NAS where I want Couch Potato to move my films to. The movie file stayed in the downloads folder of Openelec. Great app btw. - darkzu - 2011-11-27 why does it search like this Code: 22:27:10 INFO [provider.yarr.sources.tpb] Searching: https://thepiratebay.org/search/Crazy+Stupid+Love+720p+-brrip+-bdrip/0/7/207 it adds the "-brrip -bdrip" so it searches for "Crazy Stupid Love 720p -brrip -bdrip" and it brings drastically less results, i dont understand really also some feedback: i really like the app so far, its a great thing, but needs improvements, for example i dont like that on every startup it extracts a new folder in Temp like "_MEIxxxxx", it would be better for me personally if it would install/extract once in Program Files and stay there in an permanent folder, therefore also getting a fast startup of the app.. - HenryFord - 2011-11-28 darkzu Wrote:it adds the "-brrip -bdrip" so it searches for "Crazy Stupid Love 720p -brrip -bdrip" and it brings drastically less results, i dont understand reallyIt looks for 720p results, that is bluray quality. BRRips do not come in the same quality and are generally worse than the 720p-releases, so CP searches with BRRip and BDRip excluded. - darkzu - 2011-11-28 HenryFord Wrote:It looks for 720p results, that is bluray quality. Several releases have ended up as Title - CD1 and Title - CD2 now. I'm only searching for HD titles. Disk 1 looks like it's always a sample (a small file), which i do NOT want to have in my library, and I want CD2 to be removed in the filename/Title in the second "disk". Any clever minds out there that have a solution? - kokoro - 2011-12-01 Hi, Does anyone know if the software is still under development? I don't see any movement anymore on github since more than one month... - castortray - 2011-12-01 good question, and what's about with version 2.0 RuudBurger Wrote:Made a quick video, to show what I've been working on. Far from finished though can you publish your gr8 work ? or this is still not finished RuudBurger Wrote:Mmm dark - kokoro - 2011-12-01 castortray Wrote:good question, and what's about with version 2.0 yes, I remember being blown away by the preview and I still look forward for the next release, this software is really impressive and already saved me dozens of hours searching for the same movie again and again till it's released |
