It works sometimes and not others - rascalli - 2010-08-27 Xeijin Wrote:Hmm, I have my library setup with a folder structure and it still doesn't work for me... Indeed like Nick says ... You need 2 different folders for this to have it work at full capacity/features - DejaVu - 2010-08-27 I'm currently half way through switching from Windows to Linux XBMC and am not even going to pretend that I know what I am doing. So, after searching, with no success - and hopefully without sounding like a complete tool (too late!), How do I do a 'Git Pull' properly? I know how to load Terminal, I have also install the git-core. I need to know the correct commands to compile the CouchPotato code. I have already done Code: git clone http://github.com/RuudBurger/CouchPotato.git "CouchPotato" But now I'm stumped. Linux n00b alert! :p - Gophermofur - 2010-08-27 I tried searching to see if anyone had this issue, but it appears to only be me. I installed the v20 windows binary the other day and everything is working well except for the "Soon"/"Coming Soon" page. On that page, it always stays blank. Nothing ever gets populated, despite my force refresh and force update release dates attempts. Just wondering if, a) Anyone else sees anything on that page at the moment? (I suppose it could be that nothing is coming out soon?) b) If anyone has experienced this issue. c) If there is anything specific I should be looking for in the logs? Thanks, Mo - Flomaster - 2010-08-27 DejaVu77 Wrote:I'm currently half way through switching from Windows to Linux XBMC and am not even going to pretend that I know what I am doing. the folder you were in when you did the git pull is where CP is located at. Quote:Linux: did you run "python CouchPotato.py -d" with out the quotes ? then did you navigate to http://yourIPhere:5000 ? once you have it up and running and want CP to start on boot Quote:Ubuntu (init.d script):-=Jason=- - Gophermofur - 2010-08-27 Gophermofur Wrote:I tried searching to see if anyone had this issue, but it appears to only be me. I think I misunderstood the objective of that page. Initially, I thought it was a listing of ALL the upcoming movies either in theatres, or being released on DVD. However, from what I can gather from the code, it looks like it's a breakdown of the movies you currently want (have added) and what stage the movie is in (will be in theatres within the next 21 days, soon to be released to dvd within the next 42 days, already on DVD). Is that right? - RuudBurger - 2010-08-28 Back from a small vacation and finished with school. Time to get some coding done! @Gophermofur that is correct. It will be getting a "suggestion"-section too though. - brianafischer - 2010-08-28 I highly recommend using the following guide for a linux install: http://www.mstuttle.com/2010/07/27/couchpotato/ - Bigmonty - 2010-08-29 I have managed to get Sabnzdb and Sickbeard running on my unraid server using this guide http://www.lockstockmods.net/2010/06/03/unraid-with-sabnzbd-and-sickbeard/ Can anyone let me know if it is possible to get Couchpotato running in the same way, if so how would I do that? Cheers - HarryRosen - 2010-08-31 anyone else having problems with it not finding movies anymore? even though there i a 1080p it won't grab it? any ideas? - RuudBurger - 2010-08-31 What movie? - HarryRosen - 2010-08-31 prince of persia, centurion also the karate kid was another one. just skips it - rascalli - 2010-08-31 @ Bigmonty Please advise in what way you would like to have it running. So waht kind of set-up ? start at boot ? and so on As basicly CP is simple to set-up unable to connect to SAB - daz1uk - 2010-08-31 I keep getting this error no matter what I try: 20:20:55,623 ERROR [app.lib.sabNzbd] Unable to connect to SAB. Can anyone please help? - RuudBurger - 2010-08-31 @HarryRosen Download fine here, what does the log say about those movies? @daz1uk Did you fill in the correct login for SAB? CP does have trouble with special characters. |
